Your Quirk:
You are the only other known person to possess a quirk with wings. Your quirk is called "Armored Wings". You have the ability to harden your wings in a bulletproof material to potentially use them as a shield or a mechanism to deflect projects and/or use them as a bash shield to deal damage.
You can also pry feathers from your wings and harden them into blades to fight more effectively in battle.
Weakness: When your wings are hardened, flight is slowed down due to the weight and it is more effective for you to fight on the ground when they are in their shield form.
Wing Appearance: Your wings are mainly black with white speckled dots similar to an owl. They are a medium size reaching just past your hips.
Small Details: You are more bird-like in comparison. You often chirp when annoyed, puff out your wings, chitter and tilt your head a lot. You have a tendency to stare and slowly blink at people much like an owl.
Your Villain name is Noctua (latin name for Night Owl)
For easy reading purposes? I am doing this from a female perspective so this is more for the girlies reading so things like "tying hair up" or "adjusting makeup" will be heavily used because uhm...slay I guess?

You are on the opposing side to Hawks. You are a member of the League of Villains and have been with them for a fairly long time now on account of your shielding abilities and your unique skill to be able to survey areas and targets from a vantage point. You're able to walk pretty carefree around them and only really find yourself hanging around them for meetings or petty talking in the Leagues base at the bar.
I'm planning on this being a "slow burn" kind of fanfiction so if you were expecting something pretty fast paced like "smooching by chapter 5"? You ain't finna find that here. I like writing long books and chapters lmao.
