Humans have begun creating more Pokémon using Pokémon-creating machines. I was given the order to take care of subjects 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004. I was assigned a partner: a very cheerful and young Sylveon, the same age as me.
Our objective is simple: raise four Espeons colored purple, green, yellow, and red... To think that I'm a soldier and they turned me into a babysitter alongside a Sylveon... at least we're not the only ones taking care of Pokémon.
I will never understand all this baby Pokémon care stuff... Some humans tell me not to be fooled by my thoughts... that sooner or later I will develop affection for them... that having a family is a beautiful experience... I don't know...
I truly hope I don't grow attached to these things... I'm only doing this under orders from high command... but I must admit, they are adorable when they play.
