Chapter 1

Chains around me

They hold me back from the pain running through my veins

I jointed from my bed

It was just a dream. I felt a drop of water slip from my forehead to my right eyebrow. I wape it away with the back of my right hand.

I don't know what time it is. So I went to the restroom to wash my face. I used my walking stick to guide me.

Hope I don't wake up no one I thought to my self.

But I guess I did because I heard my name being called.

''Hey Clara what are you doing?'' Issac voice ask

''Um going to the restroom.'' I answer

''Oh well its six am.'' He said and I heard footsteps go down stairs

Uhm it must have been the alarm that woke me up from that dream. I step in to the restroom.

Well then hi my name is Clara and I'm blind I can't see nothing the only thing I can see are lights that look blurry. I go to school with my adopted brothers and some cousins.

Issac is the oldest. By oldest I mean his birthday is in January. He says he has short brown hair and green eyes.

Sebastian is the second oldest he says he has short blonde hair and blue eyes.

Chris is young one he has short dirty blond hair and hazel eyes.

Jaden my cousin and his twin Jason say they have brown hair but Jaden has green eyes and Jason has blue eyes.

Carlos says he has short blond hair two but has hazel eyes.

They say or should I say girls say they have muscles and are hot.

Then theres me. They all say I have long brunette hair with grey eyes and skinny body. Not like the really skinny body. We are all 17. Fail one grade because our birthday

Onces I step out of the shower I change to my underwear and the close my mom put in the sink.

I trace my finger tips in the cloth and figure out it was a dress with a flowery design but once I meet the back there was no back.

This can expose my tattoo wings. Some tights and my black boots with a cloth jacket. I have to ask my mom what color they are.

I got out only to be bump in a hard wall.

''Oh shit Clara I'm sorry didn't look.''I heard Chris voice

''Nah its okay can I ask you a question?'' I ask

''Yeah excuse me let me wash my teeth.'' He answer

''Oh'' I move and I heard his footsteps pass me but didn't close the door ''um well what kind of color are my dress,jacket, and tights?'' I ask

''Well your dress is white with red roses, and your jacket is color skin, while your tights are red.'' He said

''Okay thanks.'' I mutter and let my stick go first to guide me to my room.

I got to my room and was hit by a big warm hug

''Good morning.'' I heard Abigail's voice greet me I hug back and mutter a good morning to her and we both let go.

Abigail says she has red hair and brown eyes. I call her Abby

''Well you look hot.'' She said and guide me towards my desk to sit down and do my hair and make up. I keep quiet because I was going to say ''Yeah I do'' being sarcastic.

''OK so I'm going to do you a fishtail to the right. A little bit of mascara and a little bit of lipstick okay. Oh and its going to be all natural.'' Abby said I nodded

''Um what are you wearing?'' I ask

''Um a grey t-shirt with blue skiny jeans black comvers and a blue sweater. My make up is light and natural like I'm gonna do to you'' she answer I nodded

Once she finish we took the elevator we have for me. We met my parents in the kitchen with my brothers and cousins two.

''Well now that your done we have about fifty minutes for school want to go to Starbucks?'' Sebastian voice ask

''Um yeah.'' I said

We all got outside the house and went to the cars because we were a lot we have to use two cars.

Abby, Sebastian, Issac and me went in one car that Issac says is black.

Chris, Jaden, Jason and Carlos in another one that Issac says is black also.
