This is an emotional, slightly angsty, but family-themed Indigo Park oneshot, set in Oceanic Odyssey, just before the beginning of the incoming Chapter 2!

This is something of a sequel to 'Scurvy Shenanigans', as it follows Tikki's escape from Skurve ... and reunion with her crewmates.

The loss of Mollie Macaw hits hard emotionally to more than just Rambley ... especially to the three little chicks she cherished and protected.

🐣🐣 This is a special oneshot, made in celebration of Easter! It's also an Easter present to one of my bestest friends: @violetroses1997! I hope that you like it, my friend! 🐣🐣

It's also a message that no matter what happens in life to people, no matter how dark things get ... there will always be others who will stand by and support them ... like Chip, Pip, and Tikki do for each other. 🤗🤗🤗

I do not own anything belonging to Indigo Park; the credit for that game and characters goes to UniqueGeese! I hope that you guys like it! 👍

A quiet alcove, near Finley's tank, seconds later ...

The tube turned out to be something of a handmade chute, leading to a small alcove between two exhibits.

The aforementioned alcove was decorated by various pirate knickknacks, such as the kind of things that you see in gift shops.

To a casual onlooker, it looked like the kind of makeshift cabin that children build when acting out pirate adventures.

The 'cabin' alcove was currently occupied by two little bird mascots: a yellow-and-white cockatoo (Chip), and a green-and-red parrot (Pip).

Chip was sitting down, doing a crossword in a dusty old magazine. Pip was standing by a cracked, bedside clock; fidgeting and repeatedly glancing at the time.

Both birds immediately turn to look as Tikki tumbles out of the chute with a crash and a squawk.

Pip and Chip looked delighted to see their crewmate at first, but their smiles faded as Tikki sobbed quietly.

"Tikki?" Pip questioned, taking a cautious step towards the toucan.

"What's wrong?" Chip added, putting his magazine down. The two chicks approached Tikki gently, glancing at each other in concern.

"Tikki, what's the matter?" Chip asked again, putting a gentle claw on the toucan's back. "Why are you crying? Are you hurt—"

"If that scurvy coyote hurt you, I'll split the dog from gizzard to gut!" Pip interrupted, his claws already on his pirate dirk. "I'll—"

"No, no! Skurve didn't hurt me!" Tikki replied, shaking her head.

Pip's sudden scowl quickly turned to confusion, mirroring Chip's puzzled face. If Skurve hadn't hurt Tikki ... then why was she crying?

"He ... just told me something."

The toucan then burst into louder sobs, hiding her face in her claws at the same time.

"He told me ... he told me ..." Tikki took a deep breath ... and then ...

"SKURVE TOLD ME THAT MOLLIE IS DEAD!!!" the toucan said, in a rush of grief, emotional upheaval, and shock!

The effect on Chip and Pip was both catastrophic and devastating! Chip's beak dropped in shock, his expression a mix of anguish and trepidation.

Mollie Macaw ... the brave, friendly, and supportive leader of their crew ... who'd been there for them through thick and thin ... dead?!!!
