Karina POV:

I walk into school. I'm late again.
Shit. Addie is gonna whine all day .

I slowly walk up the stairs.

Why the hell do they have to be so many!? Like spare me!

When I finally reach the second floor I'm out of breath.

I walk to the door and take a breath before knocking because I already know that everyone is gonna turn and stare.

I knock on the door and then open it.

"Can I come in?" I ask.

Shit not fucking physics first period.

"Yes." The teacher says looking me up and down.

I feel slightly uncomfortable because I literally woke up fifteen minutes ago. I didn't have time to even do my hair. They are tied in a messy half up, half down and I'm wearing my sweats and puffy jacket since it's winter and freezing cold outside.

I slowly walk to my seat and before my eyes fall on my best friend I take a quick glance at his again empty desk.

"Jesus..." I mutter.

"Oh my god! You fucking scared me! You know I can't sit alone!" Addie nags and I scrunch my nose.

"I just want to be asleep right now." I mutter.

"Yeah me too." She says and pulls her chair forward so I can seat since we sit at the side row next to the windows.

It's nice. I can stare out during class and I have my besties on the front and my friends on the back.

We always talk during class and I think that all the teachers hate me. That's why I'm a bit worried about my grade.

"Morning" I mumble to the boys as I sit down.

"Oh you came. Good morning." Says Nikolai.

Eddy just gives me a smile. He gets me. He is barely awake.

Why does school have to be so early!?

I literally slept at 2 fucking am again and I can hardly keep my eyes open.

"Okay so I finished my series. And I HAVE to tell you about it." Addie says as the teacher starts writing on the board.

"Another one?" I ask and take out my notebook.

"Um obviously. What do you think I'll be doing? Study? Hell no." She says and I laugh.

"Well he died! Like why do all the cute blonds die!?" She whined.

"Shh shut up." I try to make her speak quieter. Everyone is extremely quiet. Which is weird for my class. You could literally hear a pin drop and our conversation sounded too loud.

The teacher thank god doesn't care about her lesson. She just writes nonsense on the board and then waits for us to copy it on our notebooks.

"Literally what the hell is this!? I don't understand shit!" Robin groaned and we chuckled.

It's gotten to the point of the class that the blinding lights have woken me up so I can have a normal conversation without falling asleep.

"I think I'm starting to get it." Addie says.

I turn and look at her with a raised eyebrow.
