The Butcher. Previously known by the human name [REDACTED], was the owner of a local butcher shop in district 32. Previous to his Distortion, he had an Oddity documented as "Fileting Eyes" which allowed him to see perfectly, on any animal meat, where to cut perfectly for whatever slice he was looking for. However, one week of documented crisis struck 2818, and at the seventh day of that week, he slaughtered everyone in his butcher shop. After the slaughter, a distortion signal spiked at the shop. Weak, almost unnoticed. Yet still, Odditers were dispatched. What was described by the reporting unit as a large, bulky husk. Human-like in physic, yet his face was described quote, "Stuck in a silent, manic laugh with hollow, empty eyes." 2818 got away, and we have not found him yet.
