I just sighed deeply and rolled my eyes.

‘Stop worrying love.’ Zayn said from beside me. ‘You’ll be fine. We’re all here to help you.’

‘Thanks Zayn.’ I said, shooting him a smile.

We met the radio hosts, a really cool looking girl with platinum blonde hair and a nice looking lad with black hair. They interviewed just the boys about how they have been about their new album before they added me to the party.

‘So Lexi,’ the female radio host smiled at me. ‘Can you tell us how you got involved with One Direction?’

‘That was a bit of luck and right timing I think.’ I said, giving the same answer as last time that question was asked. ‘I signed up for a program at my university, where I can do one year of school in two years and work. I was supposed to become an intern at Syco records and just get coffee and stuff, but One Direction’s assistant quit. She came in during my interview yelling she was going to quit, and so my boss got a little desperate. And then she gave me the job.’

‘And what went through your head when you first met them?’ The man added.

I snickered, thinking back to the exact words that went through my head when I first saw the boys. This were not the kind of children I was expecting. I want to make kids with these ‘kids’.

‘Well, I thought I was going to have to babysit some children, because my boss asked me if I had any experience with children. When I walked in and saw these five lads sitting there I was pretty stunned, they were definitely not the annoying twelve year olds that I was expecting.’ I said

Louis grinned and let out a loud wolf whistle besides me, making me blush.

‘That kinda sums it up.’ Harry said dryly.

‘And did you get to know her well?’

‘Yes we did.’ Liam smiled. ‘And we’re all friends now, she’s a really nice girl.’

‘And she works hard.’ Zayn added.

‘She also really knows how to handle us boys.’ Niall said.

‘Does any of you guys maybe fancy Lexi a little bit?’ The woman asked, probably hoping for a scoop.

The boys all stayed silent for a moment and looked at Liam, hoping he would give a political correct answer.

‘I uhm, we uhm.’ He said, scratching his arm nervously. ‘We’re all just great friends, and we’ve grown very fond of her. As a friend.’ He added quickly.

The other boys all nodded and the radio hosts both looked a bit disappointed. Then they fixed their eyes on me and they lit up again.

‘And Lexi, do you fancy any of these lads?’ they asked simultaneously. It was a bit scary, really.

‘As Liam said, we’re all just great friends.’ I said politely.

Friends I’d like to do someday.

‘Boys, would you ever fight over her?’

Harry shook his head. ‘We would never fight over a girl, not even one as lovely as Lexi. We’re a band, best friends and closer than family.’

‘And if more of us ever liked one girl at the same time, I would let the girl choose who she’d be the happiest with.’ Zayn added.

They really are good at avoiding tricky questions. You go guys!
