Chapter 1: The Ship

                     My name is Yuki. Me and my closest friends all agreed to take a boat together and spend 3 days on some random island. Honestly I couldn't tell you why, guess they all just felt like getting out. So, after a bit of planning it out, we got our bags packed and left. And now here we are, just waiting to arrive. Star and Cherry are in the cabin, last I heard they wanted to compare clothes or something. Floren and Vayne keep screwing around with these toy swords they bought at a gift shop before we left on the deck. Celeste, if I remember right, had gone to take a nap, and that just leaves me staring at the ocean contemplating how all this is gonna go.

                      Vayne had insisted we get a private boat despite the cost that alone would take, yet he went and got us practically a whole cruise ship just for the ride. The man makes good money I'm sure, and I respect the hell out of it. Star, my little sister, keeps insisting I use this trip to see if anything "special" happens between me and Cherry. Sure she's pretty and everything, but at the end of the day we're all friends, plus if me and Cherry were meant to be, surely it would have happened in the last five years already. As I think this over, Celeste shows up beside me, her short purple hair frizzy, having just woken up. "You monologuing all dramatically to yourself again? Come on, we all know you do it." She knows me way too well, and I suppose my habit of being a bit more alone doesn't help. "So what if I am? It isn't harming anyone." She just sighs and says, "Fine, fine, be sassy. Besides we all know you just have Cherry on the brain." I just tell her in a deadpan voice, "Shut up."

                      On another note, we're nearly to the island. Celeste calls for everybody, leading to them all rushing over and letting out collective "oohs" and "aahs". Guess this trip won't be boring, at the very least.
