CHAPTER 2

Troublesome

KHALID’S POV

Its still7:20 A.M. Since there are 10 minutes before the first subject starts, I think I shouldn’t enter the room yet.

Anyway, my name’s Khalid Samson. I’m 16 and a lazy fourth year student. I always ended up not attending my first subjects since I’m still in second year up until now.

I have many things to do at night and I don’t have any time to sleep so it turns out that I stole the time for every first subject that I have just to sleep. Well it’s not like I do it on purpose to sleep but you see, whenever I set my self to sleep for example, just for 10 minutes, it turns out that those 10 minutes became 1 hour, 2 hours, and worse is there are times that I just came to school just to sleep all day in this tree even though that’s not what I am supposed to do. So much for myself that’s me.

After 1 hour and 20 minutes…

“I’m a dead meat!!! “

Khalid: *fall off from the tree* Ouch~ what’s with the ruckus?

“What the…?”

Khalid: You almost killed me! What did I ever do to you? I’m just sleeping peacefully up there and you just came here and shout? Are you nuts?

“Isn’t there a single person here who just shut up and leaves me alone?!”

She faced me and I recognized who that girl is.

Khalid: J-Jin? *hiccups*

Jin: How’d you know my name?

Khalid: What! *hiccups* did I say something?

Jin: Humph...

Khalid: Classes already started. Why are you here? *hiccups*

Jin: As if I’m the only student here. Wait, you doesn’t seemed familiar. Do you go to this school?

Khalid: Leave me alone. *hiccups* mind your own business.

Jin: Jeez. *started to walk away*

I remained silent. She seemed troubled. I just watch her walking away. I checked my watch and it’s already 8:55. I was about to stand when I started to feel pain in my right ankle and left arm.

Khalid:Is this what I get for not attending classes? Jeez… both of them are swelling!

JIN’S POV

I decided to go back and luckily Mrs. Icain is no longer inside the room. I take a seat and open my bag and was about to get my pencil when I remember I left it in the library so I cannot draw something now while waiting for the next teacher. I cannot sleep either, I can’t use my cell phone too, and Mere might ask me again why I was so busy with my cell phone. I ended up staring at the window. Not long enough our Chemistry teacher came inside.
