2021

The airport was a storm of flashes and noise, yet I moved through it with practiced ease. Cameras clicked relentlessly, fans shouted my name, and bodyguards flanked me like silent shadows.

Every step I took was deliberate—heels tapping against the polished floor, sunglasses reflecting the chaotic world, hair falling perfectly into place despite the frenzy.

I had long ago learned the rules of this life. Fame was a weapon, and appearances is a shield. I was Yunha—a world-famous model, turn internationally recognized director, influential in ways most could only dream of. And yet, what they saw was only a fraction of who I truly was.

I waved at the crowd, letting the flashes dance across my skin. A soft, almost imperceptible smile tugged at my lips. Let them cheer. Let them admire. They thought they knew me, but they were blind to the storm that followed wherever I went.

Sliding into the sleek black car waiting outside, I sank into the leather seat, the world receding as the engine purred. Through the tinted windows, Seoul spread before me—a city of lights, secrets, and opportunities. I let my eyes wander across the billboards lining the streets, and then I saw her.

Baek Ah Jin.

Her image towered above the city, flawless, untouchable, radiant. She had no idea I was back. No idea that the girl she had used—or perhaps dismissed—had returned with her own intentions. A slow, knowing smile curved my lips as I pressed my hand against the cool glass.

The window rolled up, cutting off the sounds of the city. Inside, I was untouchable. Outside, the world carried on, oblivious to the games already in motion.

Chaos had always been my companion.

And now, it was time to let the masterpiece begin.
