Chapter One

"Ms. Elodie, it's time to wake up."

"No. Five more minutes." I whined

"They're making your favorite. "

"Which is?" I asked

"Oatmeal with bananas and chocolate almond butter."

"Okey." I said pulling myself out of bed, to my bathroom

I shut the door and turned on the shower

After my shower I wrapped my towel around my body, and stepped into my room.

I walked over to my closet to pick out my clothes

I picked out a comfy red sweater and skinny jeans

"Are you ready?"

"Yes, I'm coming down."

I walked out of my bedroom door, and down into the kitchen

"Good morning Ms. Keyes(that's pronounced Keys)

"Hola Senorita Gomez." I said taking my place at the breakfast bar

"Eat up." She said placing oatmeal in front of me

As I was eating I had the absolute pleasure of my mother

"Elle you need to change your clothes right now." She said walking over to me and sitting down

"Why." I asked rolling my eyes

"You have a meeting with Eric about the wedding. It's tomorrow after all." She said

"Whatever." I said

"And stop eating. You won't even be able to fit in the dress." She said taking my bowl

I just gave her a look like, you did not just say that

I rushed out of the kitchen up to my room

My closet was filled with unworn dresses, so I looked through some of those until I found one I sorta liked

Then the doorbell wrang

I rushed down the stairs to answer it

It was Eric. Yay...not at all
