It was 6 am, the lights in Dandy's room flickered to life as the colourful, upbeat flower hopped out of bed and flicked on the lights.
"eughhhhhh*!" groaned Dandy, as Pebble ran in, excited to play games with his best friend!
"Yip, Yip!" barked Pebble excitingly.
"Calm down Pebs!" Laughed Dandy, "I still need to get changed!"
As Dandy was changing out of his rainbow striped pjs, in the room next door...

"Godamnit, I slept in again..." muttered a tired strawberry as he checked the time, reading aloud:
"6:40??? Oh my god i forgot to meet Cosmo!" As he quickly jumped out of bed and changed into his usual pink shirt and red pants with a white apron. Oh and don't forget his scarf!

"6:45? Alright, time to meet some giggly raptors** again!" giggled Shelly, as she put on her signature brown dress. Once done she quickly ran out of her room and busted open the door to Vee's [No I don't ship them, chill].
"Vee!!! Get up, Get up, Get up!" yelled Shelly, almost immediately plugging the charger out of Vee's head.
"bzzt- ksh----- hu-huh?" mumbled Vee, "oh Shelly, damnit could've given me a warning..."
"Hehe... sorry Vee, its just... Sprout, Ginger, Boxten, and Cosmo were apparently gonna make something reeeeal delicious today for breakfast... and I uhh knew you slept in a lot and I didn'y want you to miss it..." apologized Shelly.
"*sigh* its alright but next time, A WARNING. I almost crashed for a second!" Laughed Vee.

The Toon diner was especially joyful today! The four cooks had whipped up delicious cakes and sweets for breakfast! Dandy and Pebble were running around the diner, Shelly and Vee complimenting the chefs for their hard work, Toodles and Rodger helping Tisha clean the kitchen, the circus trio [Blot, Looey, Yatta] arguing about who was a better cook, Sprout or Cosmo (Blot wasn't in this argument, however, he was spectating and dropping facts for both sides) And in the background, different Toons talking and chattering, setting a lively background!
"C'mere Pebs! I'm gonna catch you!" laughed Dandy.
"Bark, Bark, Woof!" barked back Pebble.
This continued for a while when suddenly Delilah, the co-founder of Gardenview, came up to Dandy, requesting a private conversation away from the other Toons.
"Whats on your mind Delilah?" asked Dandy, as he stood on his tipy toes to show his curiousity.
"Dandy, I have a question..." Delilah asks in a stern tone.
"ummm... yes...?" whimpers Dandy, immediately standing normally again
"You want your other Toon friends to be happy, right?" questions Delilah.
"yes... Delilah are you proposing something?" Dandy questions back.
"Yes, and I need you to agree, or... your friends might be disappointed in you..."
"....what?"
