Elliot covered his ears to block out the obnoxious, terrifying sounds of c00lkidd's maniacal laughter. The mischievous, annoying, hacker kid he once hated with all his heart was now a killer with no common sense and no mind of his own except to kill according to The Spectre's commands. His mental health had grown even worse lately - c00lkidd now understood that he wasn't playing tag, and that the people he killed were not asleep. But he was too far along the path of corruption to go back now.

Elliot continued fixing the generator, shuddering at c00lkidd's high-pitched voice echoing across the map. He briefly looked up to check the timer. Two minutes left.

He connected the final wire.

One minute and fifty seconds now.

Standing up, his fingers numb from fixing the generator so fast. He ran up the slope to above-ground, skidding to a halt when he saw Guest fighting something red.

c00lkidd.

Guest's blocks and punches were well-timed, but c00lkidd was too quick, his accuracy better than before. Elliot watched in horror as c00lkidd landed a hit on the soldier. Then another.

'Guest, catch!' Elliot yelled, throwing a pizza at him. Guest quickly ducked a blow to the head, but was immediately pummeled in the stomach with another one. He doubled down with a groan, and barely managed to catch the healing pizza.

Shedletsky slashed at c00lkidd from behind, giving Guest some time to heal. c00lkidd turned to him with a furious look in his eyes. 'You infinitesimal worm!'

Shedletsky backed away, looking a bit startled, and even afraid. All the survivors were still getting used to c00lkidd's abrupt transformation, from a children's usual wordings to an expanded vocabulary that mirrored 1x4's, from giggles and playing tag to maniacal cackles and killing without remorse.

Maybe this all could have been avoided if Jason hadn't left, Elliot thought. Everyone had noticed the change in c00lkidd that began when Jason was taken away. But there was no time to dwell on that thought now.

Guest and Shedletsky were a useful pair, slashing and punching at the killer with speed and accuracy. (Although, accuracy might not always apply to the owner of SFOTH) Two Time would occasionally appear from behind the killer, doing a quick backstab before vanishing back into the shadows. c00lkidd screamed furious lines more and more as he attacked, and Elliot couldn't stop a chill from running down his spine. All he could do was keep tossing pizzas while the others fought for their lives, and he hated it. He always felt guilty that he couldn't do more than a few measly healings.

But that's just the way it is.

007n7 suddenly leapt in front of the killer, taking a few hits before running in random directions. Elliot glowered at him before realising it was a clone, and a clone couldn't see him glaring at it.

Elliot and 7n7 were sworn enemies, ever since 7n7 brought c00lkidd (prior being Forsaken) to his workplace, where he made and sold pizzas. The pair had wreaked havoc among the restaurant with their hacks and the c00lgui, which made Elliot detest them both. He still hadn't forgiven 7n7 till this day, and always showed cold ignorance to him, or sometimes obvious hate.

c00lkidd chased after the clone, and the real 7n7 appeared among the group of survivors beginning to gather around the place where Guest and Shedletsky fought c00lkidd earlier.

Elliot approached the group, making sure there was a good, standard distance between him and 7n7. He could feel his nemesis's wary gaze resting on him, but ignored it.

'That was a good one, 7n7!' Shedletsky clapped the retired hacker on the back, and 7n7 tensed, but gave a small nod of acknowledgement. The others gave murmurs of approval and agreement, except for Elliot, whose icy gaze never wavered.
