Cate went home. She snuck into her house with great stealth. But, her parents were right there. In the kitchen. She tried to sneak into her room on the right side of the kitchen, but her parents caught her. Her mom said," You have a lot of explaining to do missy."
Cate said," Ummmm. I was bowling with Julia Parker from down the street. I'm sorry I didn't tell you that I was."
"Oh yea, in what place do you bowl from dusk to dawn?", her mother stated
"Dusk to dawn bowling alley, duuuh."
"Well, ok. But don't do that again without our permission. Capiche?"
"Yes mother."
"Oh, and what is that on your neck?"
Cate couldn't tell her mom that it was a hickey*.
"Ummmmm, Oh yea! A bowling ball fell on me, luckily it was only 2 pounds."
"Ok, well you should go to bed.

"And you were up all night. You must be tired."
