Chapter 3

Start from the beginning

Quake: *looks and sighs* I'll try... *Opens a drawer containing several other envelopes* but I don't think "he'll" be in the mood to take it. *He says as he placed the envelope in the drawer along with the others then closes the drawer once more. *

Cyclone: *gets up while taking the envelope with Night's portion inside and stuffs it in his coat pocket* big deal. ^^

Cyclone begins to walk towards the door to leave only to stop when he hears Quake call him.

Quake: hey, Cyclone... You still haven't moved past it?

Cyclone: *comes into a halt, not facing Quake, his grip on the door handle tightening a bit. *

Quake: why not make a fresh start already...?

Cyclone: ..... *Didn't answer and just opens the door and leaves. *

Quake: *sighs*

Cyclone can now be seen walking along the street, the sky now a dark blue signifying the end of the day and the beginning of night as the sky was now filled with stars. The street crowded with people.... Cyclone continues to walk happily when he suddenly noticed a couple with their child who was carrying a big present.

Child: Thank you, papa!

The Dad: just make sure you do more than play games all day, okay? *He says with a smile, delighted to see his son smiling. *

Child: okay!

The family would past by Cyclone as Cy continues to stare at them from afar till their silhouettes disappeared into the crowd.

Cyclone: .... *The once smile that was plastered on his face just a few minutes ago would fade into a frown, his mind starting to wonder elsewhere only to snap out of it a few minutes later when he started to feel the cold which caused him to shiver. * Geez it's getting colder. TnT

Cy would eventually look up towards the sky; snow was starting to fall.

Cyclone: I hope that little guy's not too cold....

Cyclone eventually heads straight to the direction of where he left the cat earlier. Once he reached his destination, he places 3 cans of cat food inside the empty box, after that though he goes back to walking to his original route, back to the apartment where he and Night stayed.
