About BakuDeku
For people to know BakuDeku is NOT a toxic, abusive relationship. Bakugou does not hate Izuku, and Izuku is not his cause of anger. So, as you may have seen in the anime or manga, Bakugou confirmed his quirk contained nitroglycerin (from the glycerin of Mitsuki's quirk).
Now, nitroglycerin can reduce the heartbeat dramatically to the point where he could die. He had to keep his heat up and stay mad around everyone. Bakugou explained to All Might in the manga that he does not hate Izuku; he bullied him because he wanted to keep him away.
After all, his friends would tease him for hanging out with him, despite his other cool friends.
Bakugou also has Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which is a psychiatric disorder that may occur in people who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event such as a natural disaster, a severe accident, a terrorist act, war/combat, or rape or being threatened with death, sexual violence or severe injury.
Bakugou has been mistreated by his mother, most likely abused; he got kidnapped, and his parents did not give two fucks; he fights all the time just to become the top hero, putting his life at risk; villains threatened bakugo about his life and more than I even know.
In season 1, Izuku ran to save Bakugou from a villain, regardless of whether he was strong enough. His exact words were, "I just couldn't stop moving."
In season 5, Bakugou saved Izuku and got stabbed, experiencing a near-death situation. He said precisely: "I just could not stop moving."
In season 1, Izuku reacted so calmly when Bakugou told him to jump off a roof because he knew Bakugou better than anybody else.
The only reason why Bakugo and Izuku fought at ground level was due to Bakugo's intense jealousy that his childhood best friend would surpass him.
After all, he was All Might's successor. They both wanted to be his successors, but Izuku won. He was so jealous that he wanted to see what was so special about him and what he was better at than he was. Bakugou and Izuku both care about each other.
Also, the assistant of Horikoshi ships BakuDeku and Horikoshi originally made Bakugou have a crush on Deku because of "A Silent Voice."
Later, he changed the crush to Uraraka because the show would be far more popular with all the other ships, but don't say it's an abusive/toxic ship, even if it seems to be.
