"Doc, 52 year-old male, sudden onset of chest pain radiating to the left arm, onset 30 minutes ago. BP 160/95"

"Place him on the cardiac monitor. Start 4 liters 02 via nasal cannula. Let's get a 12-lead ECG immediately. Establish two large-borge IV cannulas and draw blood for troponin, and electrolytes"

Dr. Kim command and Aera helped the nurse attach the blood pressure cuff, pulse oximeter and connects the patient to the cardiac monitor.

"Oxygen saturation improving to 95%" She said while busy looking at the monitor. She was about to get the print out results when Dr. Kim stopped her.

"Dr. Yoo, I'll take care of this patient. I have a VIP patient waiting on the room 303, he got sprain. Please attend him for me" Dr. Kim said as he was busy attending the patient.

"Copy doc" She answered and quickly fast her pace.

"Nurse Park, is Dr. Kim's patient still inside? How's the sprain?" She asked the nurse who just left the room 303

"Its normal doc. There's visible swelling and tenderness but no deformity. I was just waiting for Dr. Kim to explain his x-ray results"

"Dr. Kim send me here, I'll explain it to the patient" Nurse Park thank her as she gave the xray results. She scan it first quickly before she entered the room. There she saw a man standing beside another man who's sitting with his back turned towards her.

"Hello, Mr...." She looked at the results for the name

"Mr. Tokuno" its almost whispers as she recite his name. Her heart pounds as she read his full name in her mind.

"Yes, Tokuno Yushi" She lifts her head as the man spoke. And there, the one and only Tokuno Yushi. The idol who used to support and cheered for. She hitched her breath and she became muted. All she hear is the sound of her heart beating histerically. The memories of her fangirling over him flashed through like a lightning bolt.

"Doc, how's his sprain?" She went back to reality when the man with him spoke, she's assuming its his manager

"Oh. Mr. Tokuno" Her voice were firm and cleared her throat before she continues.

"I've reviewed your x-ray results. Good news is, there are no fractures or broken bones. What you have is a sprain, which means the ligaments around your ankle were stretched particularly torn" Aera said trying to be professional as she can be.

"I'll ask the nurse to assist your sprain" She said after explaining the things he should do in order to heal the sprain faster. She was about to walk when Yushi spoke.

"I don't want a nurse"

"Pardon?" Aera clearly understands him, its just that she's confuse why he didnt want a nurse.

"I want a doctor" Yushi said in his commanding voice.

"Mr. Tokuno, rest assured that our nur-"

"Im a VIP patient here but my doctor just left his patient. I want a doctor" Yushi firmly said especially in the last sentence.

"I understand that but are you willing to wait? Dr. Kim is still —" her words were cut off again by Yushi

"Is Dr. Kim only the doctor here?" Aera was confiuse and calming herself down trying to understand Yushi. She cant lash out, she cant scold Yushi because like he said — he's a VIP patient.

"Uhm. Doc, since you're here already can you attend his sprain?" The manager said, trying to be careful in his words. Aera composes herself and smiled. "Sure"

She called for paraphernalia through the intercom and minutes after, a nurse with the things she asked came.

"You can leave us. I'll handle it" she said to the nurse

"Yushi, I'll just take this call" the manager announced before leaving the room. Now, only her and Yushi are in the room. Silence fills the room, the only noise that they can hear was the paraphenalia that Aera's preparing.

"Can you put your sprained ankle on this table sir?" Yushi complied. Aera put her gloves on and began to inspect his ankle. His foot was indeed a manly feet, its reddish because of the callouse. Its her first time seeing the feet of an idol. God knows how much she tried not to be nervous because Yushi was giving him intense stares. He dares not to hide it.

The swelling is almost gone because of the icepack that Yushi was pressing since he got his sprain. Aera put bandage around the effected area. She looks like she was focusing on her work but Yushi can see it, her eyes are unfocus, her lips were twitching and leaving a sneaky deep breathes.

She's halfway near and if the thoughts could talk, you can clearly hear her rejoicing. She attached the brace and adjusted it until hugged the joint then pulled the velcro straps one by one, fastening them across the ankle and lower leg.

"I know dancing is a big part of your work, but right now your ankle needs to heal first. Remember the things that I told you earlier. Even if you feel better, dont push yourse—" for the nth time, Aera's words were cut off.

"Why you stop going to our events?" She was startled aback from the question. She didnt know how to react nor to say.

The moment Yushi saw her after 4 years, she instantly remembers her. She's the fan girl that he took his attention. She's the girl who tries to give her support even flying in different country. Aera is his favorite out all of the fans he had.

"Y-you remember me" its not even a question, its a statement. She just couldn't believe that Yushi actually remembers her. Yushi scoffed, looking offended but he understands her reaction.

"Didn't you promise to support us whenever and whatever we do? And if you broke your promise, you will be my slave" Finally, Aera meets his eyes. She wants to laugh because of the idea of being slave was a childish idea of her during her younger years, back when she was crazy by fangirling over him. His words sounds petty but he looks serious.

"Now that I saw you, its time to face your consequences— Aera Yoo"
