I just smiled.

Suddenly, hinawakan nya ang magkabila kong balikat.

He draw me closer to him.

Eto na ba yon? Gosh! Hahalikan nya naba ako?!

I closed my eyes to feel the moment.

I heard him chuckle.

Ang ending--

He kissed me--- on my FOREHEAD.

Pag dilat ko ng mata. Nasa may kotse na sya.

I looked at him.

"You always assume too much." He smiled

Hinitay ko na makaalis ang kotse nya.

I touched my forehead.

Unbelievable! Sa sobrang tuwa ko napasigaw ako. Para ako tanga na sinasampal-sampal ang sarili ko.

I looked on my side mirror.

I saw her slapping herself, shouting and jumping. Crazy.

On the second thought.

"Past is always past." I smiled.

After dinner I took a quick shower.

After that I checked my phone. 1 missed call. 2 messages.

I opened Yuri's messages.

Bah. Eat your dinner. Tapos na akong kumain naparami nga e, nasira diet ko. Huhuhu. Pababoy na ako ng pababoy.

Bah. Uso ang reply baka di ka aware. Ano ginagawa mo dyan? Wala ka bang load? Utang ka muna sa smart. Wala din akong extra e. Hehe.

I also checked my call log to check kung sino ang tumawag.

It's Lucille Ferrer.

Moments later.

~Lucille calling..

"Hello?" I said

[Alex, good thing you answered. I want you to be honest with me.] She said

"Ano yun?" I asked

Iba na kutob ko dito ah.

[Is Dane serious about Louie?] She asked

Wait. Is Lucille starting to get jealous?

"Yes. He is serious. Why?"

[Nothing. Okay. I'll hang up.] saka nya inend call

For real? Is she concerned about Dane and Louie?

Is he making me jealous? Or he really is in a serious relationship with that high school student?

May part sa akin na nagsisisi for letting him go.

I touched my cheeks. My dad slapped me really hard.

"You think I'm dumb Lucille?! Akala mo hindi ko malalaman ang relasyon nyo ng Rodriguez na yon?!" nag e-echo sa bahay ang sigaw ni daddy

Nagtitinginan ang mga maids sa amin.

"Dad please.." I cried

"If you don't break up with that guy I will ruin his life!" my dad angrily said

"Enough Rafael!" my mom defended me

"Ako ang padre de Pamilya sa pamamahay na to! Ako ang masusunod!" he shouted

Walang magawa si mommy. We are helpless.

"You are going to study abroad. Tuloy ang engagement ninyo ni Liam. Stop seeing that guy. You know what will happen to him if you don't." He said in an authoritative tone

~End of Flashback~

I cried and cried that night. I decided to break up with Dane.

I know my dad well. He can do such thing, kahit manira pa ng iba. He's powerful and ayokong saktan nya si Dane. So in order to protect him, I have to let him go.

I studied abroad. Na engage ako sa business partner ng dad ko. Masyado pa akong bata to get engaged so it didn't work out. Masyado syang aggressive and he is hurting me. Kinausap ni mommy si dad so Liam an I broke up.

My dad decided na umuwi na ako ng Pinas to finish my studies.

Kalagitnaan na ako ng school year nakapag transfer. My dad is very influential kaya naman nakapag-enroll parin ako.

Ang ending, same school parin kami ni Dane. Are we destined for each other? Well, I guess, were not.

Takot ako. Oo. Takot akong aminin sa sarili ko na mahal ko parin sya. Takot akong balikan sya ni dad. Takot akong guluhin sya. Takot ako.. lalo na ngayon. May mahal na syang iba.
