Ogilvie Maurice "Sonic" Hedgehog: Known to most as Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic is a world renowned hero and freedom fighter, he's defeated Dr. Robotnik countless times and never lost a fight. Sonic was able to unlock the true power of the Chaos Emeralds and go past his first Super Form. Sonic's forms consist of; Super Sonic, Super Sonic 2, Super Sonic 3, Hyper Sonic, Super Sonic Blue, Super Sonic God, and Dark Sonic.

Dr. Ivo Robotnik: Frequently referred to as "Eggman" by his enemies, Dr. Robotnik is an evil mastermind and has an IQ of 300, you'd think with such intelligence he wouldn't repeatedly fail to capture and detain Sonic & Co., but who said geniuses couldn't be insane? Eggman is the grandson of Gerald Robotnik, the creator of Shadow the Hedgehog. 

Terios "Shadow" Robotnik: Commonly referred to as Shadow the Hedgehog, Shadow is an artificial life form created by Gerald Robotnik in the 1970s on the Space Colony Ark. Shadow is the result of trying to create "the ultimate life form" and was given life and power by an evil alien overlord named Black Doom, whom after Gerald's death, Shadow lived on Planet Doom serving the overlord until tasked with coming back to Mobius to fight and stop Sonic the Hedgehog. Shadow's forms consist of; Super Shadow, Super Shadow 2, Proto Shadow, and Ultimate Devil.

Iroquois "Silver" Kintobor: The future son of Shadow the Hedgehog, coming back to the past to prevent his dire future from ever happening, adopting the name Silver Kintobor along the way to not draw connections between him, Shadow, and Eggman. In Good Future Iroquois is raised by his parents and is good friends with Nail and Noise. Silver's forms consist of; Super Silver, Full Potential, and Dark Silver.

Miles "Tails" Prower: Usually just called Tails by his friends and family, Tails has a matching IQ to Dr. Robotnik and two bushy tails that allow him to propel and fly, hence the name. Tails is Sonic's best friend and crucial to most of his victories, they're a bundle package and together are able to seemingly face anything, Tails' doesn't have many forms or physical strengths, but he makes up for it all with his inventions and wits. Tails' forms consist of; Super Tails. 

Amy Rose: Sonic's eventual wife and mother of Nail, Amy is a surprisingly strong and fully competent hedgehog, she's able to wield an incredibly heavy Piko Piko Hammer and is great at one on one combat, her strengths may lie in her weaponry but she's still intelligent and often has the foresight to warn Sonic and Nail of trouble. Amy does not have any forms.

Knuckles the Echidna: The protector of the Master Emerald and the last remaining of the Echidna Tribe, Knuckles is close friends to Sonic and Tails, and a mentor figure to Sonic's son Nail. Knuckles is incredibly strong and able to punch through just about anything, he isn't the fastest though and struggles to keep up with his friends, luckily speed isn't his game and he's all about fighting. Knuckles' forms consist of; Super Knuckles, Super Knuckles 2, Pseudo Super Knuckles Blue, and Master Knuckles.

Sohan "Nail" Hedgehog: The son of Sonic and Amy, Sohan is a quick, sarcastic, and skilled hedgehog like his parents. Sohan was taught most of his fighting skills by Knuckles and Tails seeing as Sonic and Shadow were too busy fighting Eggman throughout most of his childhood, Sohan soon had to fight against Neo Metal along with his father, here he unlocked one of the strongest singular Super Forms yet. After defeating Neo Metal alone with the rest of his friends and family defeated, Sohan took on the nickname Knuckles' gave him, Nail in honor of Knuckles' memory. Nail was one of the few remaining on Mobius after Neo Metal's defeat and the start of Eggman's mass roboticization, which was a mostly successful attempt to roboticize every Mobian and make them all slaves for Eggman. Nail tasked himself with protecting Shadow's son Iroquois (Silver) and nearly defeated Eggman but was defeated by the clone of himself that Eggman made, named Korin. After Silver went back in time to prevent the death of Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles, Tails, etc. Nail got to continue living his life happily until Korin was inevitably created by Eggman once more in the new timeline, where Nail took over Sonic's job as the protector of Mobius and continued his journey. Nails forms consist of; Super Form, Beast Form (Young), Super Form 1.5 (Bad Future),  Super Form 2, Super Form 3, Super Form Pharaoh, Final Form, Super Form Pharaoh God, Legendary Super Form Pharaoh, Full Final Form, and Exodus Vampire
