~Common Area~
"Guess who I just got off the phone with?" Douglas questioned, approaching the bionic team in the common area, happily. "Giselle Vickers."
"The big Hollywood filmmaker?" Bree asked in shock.
"I love her movies!" Freya gasped.
"She is legendary! She made all the killer zombie trucker movies. Because of her, I can't pee at a truck stop." Leo remarked.
"I don't pee at any stop in general," Juliet mentioned, and Bree and Freya nodded in agreement.
"That's right. And get this. Her next blockbuster is gonna be called Bionic Action Hero." Douglas informed everyone, except Chase, who got excited.
"Awesome! What's it about?" Adam asked with excitement.
"A bionic action hero." Douglas repeated.
Adam frowned. "Huh. Save your money. Sounds like a flop." Juliet rolled her eyes.
"And the best part, it's based on you guys," Douglas added, and everyone, but Chase, gasped, muttering with excitement.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa! The same person who makes those lame zombie movies are going to make our movie?" Chase asked and scoffed. "No way!"
"Chase," Freya sighed, and put her finger to her mouth. "Shush, babe."
"Yeah! Must you ruin everything?!" Leo snapped angrily, and Chase gave him a hurt look.
Douglas touched his shoulder. "Relax, Chase. Giselle's an old college friend. We spent a lot of time in the robotics lab together before she switched careers. We even dated a bit."
"Of course." Juliet rolled her eyes.
"What happened?" Bree asked.
"Sometimes people grow apart." Douglas nonchalantly remarked.
"She dumped you, didn't she?" Freya smirked, leaning an arm on Chase.
"Second-worst day of my life!" Douglas cried. "First, it was when Cassie dumped me. And I've been to prison four times!" Douglas ranted. "Anyways, she wants the film to portray bionics accurately, so she's coming over here to research with the actor that's playing you guys."
