The weekend has passed, and now it's Monday morning.
To be honest, you're surprised Mr. Gojo hasn't tried to come to your apartment to annoy you this past weekend. You would have thought he would make it his personal mission to come and try talking to you with his newfound confidence (not that he didn't have that already) because you let him kiss you a few days ago.
You're walking to Mr. Nakamura's class for the usual meeting after the test for Test 5. Mr. Gojo is walking down the hallway towards Mr. Nakamura's class as well, hands in pockets.
Mr. Gojo spent the weekend in a constant state of his mind being flooded with thoughts of you. The memory of the kiss has been playing on a loop in his mind, and he can't get it out, not that he wants to anyway.
He looks up and spots you walking ahead of him. He quickens his pace to catch up with you, his heart beating faster as he approaches. He falls into step beside you, trying to act nonchalant and casual, as if the thought of seeing you hadn't been driving him insane all weekend.
He glances over at you, taking in your features as he walks, silently admiring your beauty. "Morning," He greets, his voice holding a tone of casualness that contradicts how he feels at this moment and this past weekend.
You look back as you hear his voice. "Oh great..." You mutter as you look forward, already annoyed that you're seeing him this early today.
Mr. Gojo can't help but let out a small chuckle, a hint of a smirk already on his lips. "Aw, come on, that's no way to say hello," He teases. He leans down closer to you. "Don't act like you haven't missed me, Teach," He whispers in your ear.
You shiver as you hear him whisper. You try to act like that didn't totally make you shiver, continuing to walk, a bit faster now, not bothering to look at him yet. "I haven't thought about you at all this weekend."
That is a lie. You've been paranoid that he was gonna show up randomly at your apartment all this weekend. Any time you heard a voice outside, you stopped whatever you were doing, listening to make sure it wasn't him.
Mr. Gojo grins, fully aware that you're lying. He can see right through that little facade of yours. "Liar," He says, the word coming out in a barely restrained chuckle.
He moves closer, his shoulder brushing against yours as he continues to walk beside you. You drift away, which only makes him follow you even more. He's basically a magnet following you as you keep trying to get away from him.
"Running away from me again, Teach?" He taunts, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "You know it just makes me want to follow you more."
"Ugh, you're like a leech," You scowl as you finally look at him. You forgot that he got into a fight this past weekend. His cuts seem to be healed, but it looks like he put bandages on his face to hide the bruises. You would have thought he would have some expensive makeup product for such bruises to cover up. Maybe he's scared of ruining his masculinity or something. Or maybe he didn't have any product, which is more probable.
He can't help but chuckle at your comment. The comparison to a leech is a bit amusing to him. He leans closer, his voice dropping to a teasing whisper. "Oh, come on now, I prefer the term 'magnet'. I'm just attracted to you, Teach. Can't help it."
Your annoyance grows even more. He probably thinks you two are two peas in a pod at this point. "Just because you kissed me doesn't mean you can have this new level of confidence that you already had before," You state, looking forward again.
Mr. Gojo's smirk transforms into a smug grin. He can't help it. The fact that he successfully kissed you, it's got him feeling like he's on top of the world.
