The sun rose up from the mountains. Everyone is at the gate sitting and talking, Willa eye's glowed yellow as she growled at Vera.
"Top that." Willa challenged
Vera hissed at Willa, Then Willa growled at her bigger, then Vera hissed just as big and powerful. Willa looked at her impressed, before they fist bumped, smiling at each other.
"Hey Vera, look." Vargas yelled getting her attention
Vargas wore white sunglasses "Portable Night!" Vargas said
Nova who was sitting next to Vargas smilled and clapped with everyone as they all cheered him on.
"Hey, hey, can I barrow these?" Vargas asked the Daywalker sitting on the other side of him
"Yeah, bro, you got it." he said
"Sweet." Vargas said in a chill voice adjusting the sunglasses
Victor, and I ran towards the group in new clothes. As I was holding Daisy when Nova got up walking over to us.
"So, you wanna tell us why you brought us all here?" Ray asked
"Hey, where have you guy's been?" Nova asked
"That's what we wanted to tell you." I said as Victor and I shared a smile, "We found the second key." I told everyone
Victor held up the key for everyone to see, everyone cheered as Willa howled, Nova smiled at us giving me a big hug. And as we pulled away Victor gently pulled me in a side hug.
Victor walked over to the gate pressing the second key in the lock, it lit up as the gate split into two. Everyone cheered as Nova, Vitcor and I shared smiles.
"The final lock." Victor said looking at the final lock of the gate
Victor, Nova, and I smiled at each other. Then all of a sudden the ground began to shake. Victor, Nova and I spin around. I steaded my feet so I wouldn't fall, holding on to Daisy tight so she wouldn't fall out of my grip. The stone ground infront of the gate lowered down as everyone shouted at eachother. It rose back up and there was a giant stone ball in the middle. The shakeing stopped once the stone floor was back in place, everyone looked at each other confused.
Victor, Nova and I looked down at the lit up bold words surrounding the stone.
"Only One Team Can Win." All three of us read out loud
"The Vampire's have to push the ball to the moon." Victor said pointing from the ball to the left side of the stone floor where there was a small hole in the stone with a moon symbol in it.
"And the Daywalker's to the sun." Nova said pointing to the other side which was the same but with a sun symbol
"Only one team?" Nova asked looking at Victor and I confused
Victor looked at us, "Where we always meant to work against eachother?" He asked Nova
"No, that's impossible." I said shaking my head, I couldn't beleve it was true. There was no way The Vampire's and Daywalker's were to have alway's not seen eye to eye. Especially after Victor and I saw the place where there were both symbols together.
"It dosen't make sense." Nova agreed with me
"It makes perfect sense. We fight to push the stone over to our side." Vera spoke up
"And the winner get's to open the gate and get's the harvest." Ray also spoke up glaring at Vera, "And it's gotta be us."
"And that means one of our towns won't survive. And spoiler alert. It's not gonna be us." Vera said before going over to the stone and began pushing
