RULES

✱  01. Since this is a LOTTERY, I am not
obligated to accept your requests.

✱  02. There is a MAXIMUM of 2 requests
every 2 weeks, but VIPs are the acception.

✱  03. Requests with problematic faceclaims will not
be accepted by default. Requests with faceclaims that
have limited resources have a higher chance of not
being fulfilled.

✱  04. Your story, ideally, should be published. If not
I need the summary for covers, and the guarantee
that it will be published soon. VIPs are exempt from
this rule.

✱  05. PLEASE credit me if I do accept your request!
I work really hard on these graphics to make sure
they're as acceptable as possible, and I would like to
be acknowledged for it.

✱  06. You are not obligated to use my covers as
main covers, they CAN be in a gallery but the rule
above still applies.

✱  07. The password will go at the bottom of your
form, and it's your favorite film at the moment.

✱  08. PAYMENT is a permanent follow.

✱  09. FAILURE TO FOLLOW these rules results
in a silent blacklisting. Don't make me do that.
