Chapter 23

"What the hell was that" Seta said. "I don't know let's go check it" Libra and Seta said. They went into the Arena and seen Arcadian and a dragon battling a man and his dragon. They both got into the stands that float above the Arena. "This is intense if I checked the scales and charts the energy readings would be extremely high".

"Let's go dragon CROSS BUSTER INFERNO" the barrels attached to his shoulders fired sending blasts of energy towards Arcadian and Dremon. "I don't think so, DRAMOOOOOON" "LIGHTNING STORM" Dremon tucked his body in then flung his body outward sending shards of lightning down to the ground. Electrical currents exploded in all directions traveling down to the man and Drago. The white blast hit them blowing up the area in the sections to rubble. The smoke cleared Remora and Drago were still standing "Inferno shield". "Inferno Strike" the man and Drago disappeared. Dremon and Arcadian felt a sharp pain through them; they dropped down to their knee. Drago and the mysterious figure appeared in front of them. "Let's finish this CROSS BUSTER ULTIMA" "EXCEALER ZANTETSUKEN" Dremon and Arcadian vanished into thin air. Drago and Remora screamed as a pain like a sword slicing right through you. Both of them dropped Drago vanished and the man disappeared. "Who were those two?" "I don't know but thanks for summoning me and good luck on your journey if you need me you know what to do" Arcadian jumped down and Dremon flew into the sky clouds and vanished. Arcadian puzzled and wondered "who were those two and why were they here?" Arcadian walked out Seta and Libya joined too

"Nice job who was that guy anyway?" Seta asked. "I do not know, but whoever he was, he is not a normal person or being, because his power and strength was to mine" Arcadian said. "Anyway lunch anyone?" Arcadian asked. Seta, Libra, and Arcadian went to Kratos to have lunch in the Hall. They told jokes, stories, and legends.

"Aragon you have been our king for centuries is it time for you to give the crown to someone else" Lazar asked. "Not yet, because only the guardians chose for whom to rule Aurora Crusade" "Your right my lord" Aragon walked to Lazar put his arm around his neck and started walking "Lazar your my most trusted advisor I have been your king for ages and ages when I do die or something you will be in line, because the guardians have spoken to me, and told me that you will be next if no one chooses to rule" "What about your son Arcadian" "Arcadian will always have the crown, he always welcomed to Aurora Crusade. He's my son and the rightful heir to the throne he's always has been. If he chooses to rule then he is allowed with no further questions" "What if someone already has the throne?" "That person will be the trusted advisor for Arcadian" "Your right Aragon if it's okay I call you that" "Lazar your my best friend, you have been a brother to me since the day I was crowned, we fought side by side through everything, I trust you and you trust me. Of course you can call me Aragon" "Thank you for everything" "Your very welcome". Aragon and Lazar walked down the stairs to the market and walked through the market talking to people. A little girl walked over to him and asked "Hello my lord, may I ask how are you doing and how is our day" "Of course you can little one, anyone can ask me anything, I will answer your questions as the best I can. And I am doing well and my day has been very well" he rubbed the little girl's head. She giggles and walked off. "The people enjoy seeing you and talking to you Aragon" "I'm just like everyone here. I rather be out here talking to people then be in the castle. Besides I'm holding a special event tonight, but it's going to be held in the city square. Everyone is invited"

Later on Aragon dressed in his leather outfit with boots that has palladium built in the hell and front (steel toe), he walked out of the castle with to guards and soon they stepped back and said "My lord" "Gentlemen call me Aragon when I'm in the castle call my lord and what not, but when I'm out here call me Aragon okay" "Okay is that all?" "Yes you can go now" Aragon walked down the stairs to the center of the city everyone stopped and looked at Aragon. "Please don't stop are we having fun come on y'all let's have fun it's the day of a new moon (year in Aurora Crusade). Everyone gathered around and started dancing. Aragon started dancing along with them. He stopped when a fellow girl came over and asked "Aragon?" "Yes my child" "Why did you call me my child if I may ask" "Everyone are my children my little one" He smiled. "May I have a dance with you" "Of course" Aragon reached out held the little girl's hand and started dancing with her. She started laughing and gave him a big hug. He gave her a hug back. He let the little girl go dance with the rest of the people. He smiled, laughed, and continued dancing. Everyone was so happy dancing, clapping, cheering, and the enjoying the celebration. Aragon walked over to the guards and said "Take your armor off enjoy the night and that's in order" "Okay, thank you my lord" the guards undressed they just wore their leather clothing and shoes. Aragon walked into the middle of the square. He started making hand signs "watch this". He made a fist then shot his hand into the sky; a bright ball of light went into the sky glowing like the brightest star in the sky. The ball of light exploded into small little stars that fell slowly to the ground like little flakes of snow. "Now I want everyone to close their eyes and pray. For every prayer each one will be answered" everyone closed their eyes and prayed. All of sudden people appeared from the stars men, women, children, and fellow friends appeared. "Thank you" "Don't thank me, thank the people that gave their lives to protect us, I wanted the people that lost them to have them one more, and now they can" "Lisa come here" the little girl that Aragon spoke to earlier and danced with came over to him. "Yes?" "Who did you lose" "I lost my father and mother they fought in the war, I live on my own" "I'm so sorry, what were they're names?" "Najara and Lucrio" "Turn around Lisa" Lisa turned around and her parents Lucario and Najara walking toward her. She turned around looked at Aragon gave him a hug. She then ran toward her parents they got on their knees and held Lisa they cried with tears of joy. They got up looked at Aragon "Thank you so much" "You're very welcome" Aragon looked at everyone, seeing everyone smiling, giggling, laughing, dancing, and enjoying the night. He smiled and walked to the castle; Lisa walked over to him grabbed his hand "Don't go please stay with the rest of us enjoy the night" "Okay my little" Aragon joined in with everyone.
