*SMUT WARNING*

Hayley's POV

*The next day*

I walked upstairs into mine and Chad's room and searched under Chad's pillow. There it was, glistening in the light. The golden locket Chad's dad past on to him before he died.

I snatched it from under the pillow and walked down to the basement.

I placed it on an old wooden chair and went back up into the hallway.

I heard a knock on the door and rushed to get it.

"Hey ball," I greeted as I invited Chad inside.

"Hey," he said.

"Why didn't you answer any of my texts yesterday?"

"Oh...I must have fallen asleep or something."

"And what, you don't check your phone in the morning?"

"I didn't have time. I'm sorry."

"It's okay. Now go pack."

He walked upstairs and started packing.

I decided to use the time wisely and search for his key.

It wasn't on the key rack so I felt down the sides of the couch.

"Gotcha," I said as I pulled his key out.

I couldn't keep it there as it's the first place he'd look. He always loses his keys down the side of the couch.

I dropped them in a tall vase and just prayed he wouldn't look there.

I pulled a knife from the drawer and went back down to the basement to get some rope and duct tape (just in case).

Soon I heard footsteps come down the stairs as I came back up into the hallway.

"Hey have you seen my locket?" He asked.

"Nope," I said innocently. "You could try the basement, you're always losing stuff down there."

"I don't recall taking it down there at any point," he said. "I always leave it under my pillow."

"It's worth a try," I said.

He sighed and went down into the basement while I followed.

I grabbed a baseball bat and waited behind him.

"Here it i-."

I swung the bat and hit him round the head, knocking him out.

I looked at his unconscious body heaped, helplessly on the floor.

I picked him up and tied him to the chair.

"Sorry baby," I said as I lifted his head and kissed his lips.

I walked back up to the house, locking him in the basement.

*3 hours later*

Chad's POV

I woke up numb and cold. Everything was a blur and I didn't know where I was or what had happened.

I felt a sharp pain in my head. I tried moving but I couldn't. I was tied up.

I kept my head hung and hummed a soft tune to try and soothe myself. It didn't work, I was still cold, scared and in so much pain.

The only thing I could remember was going to Hayley's house to get my things. I don't know where I was or how long I'd been there.
