diverse plot project

introduction

i've been on wattpad long enough to notice something quite thought provoking and exquisitely annoying. it's the fact that most stories on here are the same. not to be rude or anything, but you have to admit that you've seen quite a few stories that are basically like this -

hi. i'm abby. i'm a white, cisgender female who goes to highschool. i have a crush on damien, a white cisgender male who also goes to highschool. he is a jock. i'm just a nerd. he will never love me!

so on and so forth. after a while of seeing these sexist and demeaning stories, i just could not stand them anymore, therefore my conclusion being simple - i need to somehow get a ton of wattpaders to come together and read this and maybe create more interesting and original story ideas. so consequently, i bring to you the #dpp. also known as the diverse plot project, where i share my story prompts to all of you and hopefully some of you will decide to use them (with my permission of course). you are 100% completely allowed to share your own plot ideas with me and i might even add them to the #dpp! 

in other words, this "book" is to share mine and your plot ideas, publish them to the dpp and hopefully get some creative writers to use them and produce their own amazing stories!
