Naruto's POV:
It was the time I ever laid my eyes on him. It was when we were at summer camp in year 10. I decided to go to this camp so I had to something to do instead of lounging around the house. Thank god I don't have parents I remember thinking. They would be nagging me as to why I decided not to be lazy for once. Who knows why he came as from the whispers I heard around that time he had no parents either. I had finally settled into my cabin, which I was sharing with 5 others. Two of which were my friends Kiba and Neji, and one who would mean so much to me. I didn't know this at the time.
Sasuke's POV:
The first activity lined up for us was a two-man canoeing activity. Everybody had been paired apart from one. He looked shy by the way his body was slouching forward and holding his wrist. I approached him slowly so I wouldn't alarm him. Just as I got close he turned to face me. His eyes were a shade of blue that reflected off the light and felt as if I were staring into the sea. His smile was crooked which made his face seem more beautiful. What am I thinking?! He's a guy stupid!
The time canoeing around the camp's lake was filled with laughter and we seemed to fall into easy conversations.
Naruto's POV:
It came to the end of the summer camp and I became closer to him. Like we've known each other forever. I found out that his name is Sasuke and we exchanged numbers and promised to keep in touch.
This was only the start of our love and we didn't even know how close we would become.
