Backstory:If a Sinner, please include how and when they became a Sinner, if they were ever arrested (can be by the MBCC or local police)/crime record (they do not all have to have one, but simply being a Sinner can make them be viewed as dangerous and arrested/captured regardless), and if they were part of the prison riot/break. If not, where were they and how have they evaded capture? For anyone, make sure to include what faction they are currently part of and how/why. Also, if escaped from their prison where do they go? Back to their faction, off on their own, captured by another group, etc!

Like I have said before, I always end up making confusing applyfics with too much background lore, lol. I would be happy to help with any questions and such, so just let me know if you have any!
I'm straying away from some game mechanics obviously, so powers I don't have too much regulation on them for now. As for everything else, I can give some examples from the game or you can look some up for inspiration/based upon. There are different types of categories for powers, called tendencies, but I did not want to throw way too much info in. So I may group OCs up later myself, but you can also look at those if you need more inspiration also!
The Wiki is a very good place to look if you're confused or need help or some inspo! I will link it both here and on the lore page (that is important too, please don't skip it!)

Ps. Sinners have to have mania exposure to become Sinners but this can happen different ways. They can be human experiments injected with it, struck by mania laced weapons, simple citizens who were in a outbreak zone, etc.
