The time loop to end all time loops aka the time buddie got stuck in a loop

Buck and Eddie wake up the morning of July 5th 2026 to their alarm clocks blaring at each of them before getting up, and getting ready to start their day.

Eddie was on his way to pick up buck, they were going out to lunch but beforehand they were going to stop at the bank.

As they walked inside, laughing and talking, neither of them knew that soon they'd be wishing they hadn't walked in at all.

Eddie was starting to get a weird pit in his stomach, like he could tell that something felt off, he just wasn't sure what.

He looked around the bank taking in all the faces of everyone around him, then looked at buck, his brows furrowed in thought. "Hey buck? Does something seem weird to you?"

Buck looks around himself but before he could respond, a shot rang out. Buck and Eddie fell to the floor, holding on to each other tightly as the person holding the gun started yelling, telling everyone to get down and forcing the bank teller to give him money.

Eddie looks at buck, eyes wide and terrified, and all he can think about is how he never got to tell him he loved him, how he'll probably never get to do so, and how devastated their son will be if they don't make it out of this.

Buck is thinking much of the same he's worried about Chris as well, and he's worried about Eddie, the man he loves, he's worried they won't make it out of this, worried he'll never get to tell his boys how much they mean to him, he's just... worried.

"It's okay Eddie, it's okay we-we're going to be okay, I-I promise." Buck says as he wipes a tear from Eddie's face

Eddie goes to respond but before he can, the gunman spots them. "Hey! You two! Get over here now!"

They quickly scramble up and over to him still holding hands. "You don't have to do this sir, we can talk about this." Buck says as Eddie looks at him with wide eyes, pleading with him not to be stupid.

The gunman points the gun towards buck. "What did you just say to me? Did I give you permission to talk to me?"

Buck shakes his head, tears welling up in his yes.

The gunman chuckles coldly. "That's what I thought. Now you and your little boyfriend there are going to help me gather up everyone's belongings and place them into this bag, that includes both of yours." He throws the bag at Eddie who nods, shaken.

They put all of their stuff into the bag before walking around to collect everyone else's belongings, the gun trained on buck the entire time.

Once they're finished they walk back over to him, handing him the bag. The man takes it from bucks grasp then without warning fires his gun at buck. "That's for speaking to me earlier."

Eddie quickly scrambles over to buck, putting pressure on his wound. "No, no Evan no, you can't leave me, you can't leave Chris, he needs you, I need you, please Evan hold on for us, I love you."

Buck wheezes, coughing slightly. "I-I'm sorry edd-Eddie, I love y-you too, tell Ch-Chris that I love h-him." His eyes slip closed and Eddie sobs in devastation.

He turns around madly, anger pulsing through his veins. "You monster! How could you do that to him, how could you." He starts to run towards the man fully intending on taking him down, when another shot rings out, and all hell breaks loose.

July 5th 11:35am 2026 buck and Eddie died, but they also lived.
