Only Open If

It's been 5 years since Grady and his crew found the first time capsule. Since then, 100 more time capsules have been found.

They are kept in silos all over the world. Florida was the latest place to find it. Specifically, in the swamps of the Everglades. The alligators would give the area a wide birth...like they knew something important was kept underground. Something that will help the world in this upcoming situation. But no one knew exactly what was supposed to happen.

Tom Harris looked around the area, eyes peeled for any hints of trouble. He looked over at the radio cb, one that he would have to use in order to call Grady. Grady Livingston was a very popular person nowadays. Anytime one of these capsules is found, the person everyone called was Grady. He was the leading expert in this kind of work.

His younger sister had freaked out 5 years ago, when they found the first capsule. She started talking about dreams and dangerous items. When one of the other archeologists started to open the capsule, despite the warning not to, she started yelling hysterically.  The archeologist stopped what he was doing quickly.

Tom remembered that day like it was yesterday. He'd always liked Grady's sister, Annaliese. But that day she really scared him. She had always been calm and collected. He wondered what happened to cause her outburst. Maybe it was the capsule, after all. After that day, she was calm until another capsule was found.
