William stared at his phone, still in his hand. The screen had gone dark.

"HELLO?"Almond shouted, now sitting upright, his eyes wide. "What. Just. Happened?"

William slowly turned toward his younger brother, the words barely forming.

"GMMTV wants to adapt my novel."

There was a two-second pause before Almond screamed.

"YOU’RE KIDDING ME! PHI WILLIAM! THIS IS GMMTV. AS IN THE REAL GMMTV? ACTUAL ACTORS? REAL DRAMA?"

William nodded numbly, still processing. His calm face was unreadable, but his chest was rising and falling faster than usual.

Almond jumped to his feet, completely losing it. "You’re going to have your story turned into a drama?! I've been telling you you're amazing! You're trending, Phi William! GMMTV doesn't just call random writers!"

William sat back against the couch, phone resting loosely in his hand, eyes dazed.

"I mean... I knew it was doing well... Trending all over Thailand, but I never imagined this."

Almond dropped beside him, grabbing his shoulders with a wide grin. "This is insane! You're going to be on-screen! Your story. Your characters. THIS IS BIG!"

Still, William stayed quiet. His mind was swimming with possibilities, questions, self-doubt, excitement. All at once. He could still hear New’s voice from that morning: "My little kid has become a celebrity now." It echoed in his ears like a strange premonition.

"I’m... just a writer,"William whispered.

Almond nudged him hard. "A writer GMMTV just called. Wake up, Mr. Author."

William looked down at his phone again, and this time, a small, stunned smile broke across his lips.

Maybe this was the chapter he never expected to write.

Meanwhile at the Gmmtv building.....

The makeup room was quiet, save for the hum of air conditioning and the soft clatter of coffee cups. Est Supha Sangaworawong leaned back on the worn leather couch, script in hand, a pen tucked behind his ear.

It was a short break between scenes, and he had time.

Across the room, a few crew members huddled near the snack counter, whispering just a bit too loudly.

"Did you hear? GMMTV might be adapting that novel... the BL one that’s all over Twitter right now!"

"Drafted Outline of Us, right? I binged it last night. It's painfully good. W.Solace really knows how to ruin your emotions."

"Exactly. It's the best among all the trending novels. The dialogues, the emotions… too good. Literally touched my heart," one of the crew said, making the others nod.

Est didn't look up, but his ears perked slightly.

BL again.

He sighed softly and placed the script on his lap. Santa, his long-time manager and partner to his best friend Perth, walked in carrying two iced Americanos. He handed one to Est and plopped down beside him with a knowing look.

"Let me guess," Santa said, stirring his drink.

"They’re gossiping about W.Solace."

Est raised an eyebrow. "You know it?"

"Who doesn’t? Trending for the last three nights straight. Apparently, the rumor is GMMTV’s interested. Many BL artists are eyeing it. Fans are already dream-casting. No faces yet; just that pen name and the animated character art floating around."
