Synopsis
Alice, a quiet and mis-judged sixteen year-old, feels herself slowly fading away. Little does she realise that she is quite literally fading away- out of sight.
The world is a dark and unforgiving place, especially for those wise enough to speak against the word of the majority. Guided and prodded into believing that racism, speciesism and self supremacy is the solution to social and controversial issues, not many people can be salvaged.
Alice, a young teenage girl, is faded from her world of riot and controversy by Divine beings. These divines make a difficult-to-fulfill proposal- The human race must mend it's faults, or face destruction.
The young teenager is relieved to discover that she is not alone, when the Divines reveal that it will be up to a group named Deviant to repair societies many mistakes.
Deviant is constructed of a variation of people- differing from age, race and personality. A group of rebellion, designed to question current belief systems and enforce a new method of life- one of equality and multiculturalism.
Embarking on this quest, Alice and the Deviant team will be faced with many difficult decisions as together they attempt to enforce the new way of life. Forced to make heartbreaking decisions- Family or destruction. Forced to make lifechanging decisions- Give up and face destruction or die trying to mend society.
Alice and a seventeen year-old boy, Garrick, are made to excuse the compassion sparking between them as it risks conflict amoungst the group. And any damage inflicted may just be the cause of the end of the world...
Will they be able to form a new way of life before it's too late?
