John is around 14-15 years old as he's much shorter than his sister who's also in high school
John is a very casual fan of Battle Day Zero, knowing a tiny bit about it compared to Max
if you compare both of their knowledge of the game, hell the franchise as a whole, you'd get a grain of sand and the entire Sahara desert!
He's sort of a mix between Finnish, Italian, and German
His favorite color is red
He used to get along with his sister, until he entered middle school where they became more torn apart after she graduated from there and became associated with the popular kids
He likes DC, but has a small like towards the Fantastic Four and Iron Man
He really wanted to own a cat, as a kid he did want a dog but as he became older and his self esteem got lower he saw a cat as more manageable and totally wasn't influenced by the amount of cat videos he saw
He likes YTPs but doesn't want to admit it, they're his guilty pleasure since middle school
He likes skateboarding
He really wishes he could grow a beard
John has a small passion for art, as seen in one scene of the movie where he draws his crush and Hiro before scribbling it out, this first started out small in elementary school as he never really did anything of the sort in kindergarten and it increased since he saw King Kong by Percy Jackson in theatres, it helps him get out his emotions and it gives him some control of his life. Besides BDZ, it's one of the few things that gives him joy in life, and sometimes he likes to doodle random OC's (both at home and on school work) with some if then he draws multiple times. However, they're just doodles and don't really have anything about them besides names and a small description. However, he does enjoy making stories in his head and thinks they're cool but he's a little insecure about putting it out there as one time Denmead used one of his OC's to embarrass him in front of the other kids, nowadays he just does it at home to avoid any further humiliation...well, about his art atleast
John secretly likes femenine things like dresses and tiaras, one time he even used some of Char's make up but was caught and sort of talked out of it by his mom
He really likes King Kong directed by Percy Jackson
Sort of intrested in the strategy of battle day zero but is nowhere near a professional
He doesn't really much like his shoes, but wears them because his mom gave them to him and he doesn't want to make her feel bad as she didn't feel so great on his birthday
Can play the violin
Likes Dragon Ball solely because of the fight scenes (his favorites however are Vegeta and Tienn)
