1: stay calm and breathe in and put
2: squeeze your hands together when you breathe in and relax when you breathe out
3: text someone you love ask them to help you
4: watch funny video( if you watch the video up top it is funny so it might help)
5 : read (read like your fav book, listen to a book and draw)
6: walk around by your self (with this one don't go at night be careful you are loved be safe. Do go out at night please :3)
