They notice the date on the newspaper paper, "February 17th, 1947" The old lady notices them staring at it and says, "i know, time flies.." she gives them all tea and, for some reason, keeps calling Adam kevin...
"The ham is on the grill right now, I'm glad good ol' granpa Steve taught me to work it before he passed... great man that one" liliana brings them to the kitchen to 'check the ham' without the grandma."What the f-ck is happening, it's 1947 and your apperantally kevin.." kash whispers. liliana replies, "Well, you just explained it..." they all go quiet, and adam finally speaks, "how about we figure out what's going on first?" They all agree silently and check the ham to give them an alibi. Liliana leads to the living room where the grandma is, "kevin, dear. I was thinking you would never come home.." she says sadly, "why wouldn't you like your mother's house, you said a few months, it was a year.." she gets up to get the ham
They all follow
She cuts and serves the ham, "i am hungry.." says kash. Liliana inspects it before taking a tiny bite, she nods her head and makes a tiny liking noise."it was Kevin's grandpas steves recipe, i was going to give it to him once he came but he made me wait so long.." she gets a tiny paper and puts it in his pocket, "for once you leave, its a bit of home dear." She says thank you and they all start eating the ham, once they are done, the old lady looks sad but happy at the same time,"kevin, I know you have to leave but please... promise me you'll visit, im basically on my deathbed." Adam nods and gets up. She hugs him and lets him leave. They all leave and start walking with their bags, there's a valley of flowers and a clear sky. They dont see any of those entity anymore, just perfect unending valleys...
Kash speaks up, "wait.. is that an exit door?..." they all look to see a red door with an exit sign on it, "Well what are we waiting for?" Adam says.
