WAIT...... WHAT?!

Dazai took his sweet time to make his way back  to the abandoned building him and chuuya (his husband) made as their temporary home/base to stay at while they try to figure out how to get back to their own world

Dazai walked through the alleyway and went up to the building and entered uninvited (cuz his husband kicked him out)

"Chuuyaaaa i'm backkk!!" Dazai walked furthur inside and saw that the inside was completely different than how it was left when chuuya kicked him out

the inside looked like how chuuya place looked back home cause chuuya used his powers to make the inside of the building a seperate place from the outside to make it seem normal but once you've stepped inside its a completely different place

[Only if your chuuya or dazai you would get sent here the moment you step in but if an intruder or uninvited guest comes in the first thing they would see is how the place looked when dazai and chuuya first arrived here but if you were invited as a guest by chuuya or dazai you would get an accesory that would allow you to come inside as you please with some rules of course]

"Oh chuu you did such a GrEat job at changing up the place" dazai said sarcastically and unsurprised before his eyes landed on chuuya who was sitting infront of the table drinking tea.

"So dazai what infodmation did you get while you were up and about outside" chuuya raised am eyebrow and looked at dazai who grinned from ear to ear before he approached chuuya already getting ready to act dramatic as he clutched his chest "oh chuuyaaa" chuuya rolled his eyes and scoffed already knowing the bullshit dazai is about to pull

But then dazai stopped acting like a whiny bitch (as chuuya calls it) "oh! chuuya guessed who i bumped into while walking around trying to get imformation" dazai smiled

"Who?" Chuuya asked not trusting what dazai getting at "atsushi-kun of course", chuuya looked at him confused "what do you me-", before he continued dazai cut him off "not our worlds atsushi-kun chuuya this worlds ataushi-kun" dazai then sighed "he still has that horrible haircut i hope its not the same in other universes"

"Uh-huh" chuuya only hummed then said "wait that atsushi? The amnesiac komainu yokai, thats now a shrine guardian at the entrance of Shinto shrines?", dazai shrugged "that same one", chuuya took another sip of his tea before turning his gaze towards dazai and arching a brow "was their anyone else their", "yes their was, do you remember that water spirit that used to be under kouyou", "yes i remember their name was kyouka right dazai", "yeah she was their as well she really is stuck to atsushi in any universe".

Dazai sighed and plopped himself righr next to chuuya talking up one of the cup of tea chuuya so graciously left for him and took a sip then chuuya stared down at his tea in his hand "so thats the only thing you found out", "of course not!" Dazai placed a hand of his chest, giving chuuya a look for daring to think he was incapable of gathering informatiom

Dazai then leaned back and layed on the floor contemplating if he should straight up twist his information to annoy chuuya but decided against it "chuu i'll tell you this first it seems that.... this fight between the 2 low yokais is not what brought us here" dazai stayed silent letting it sink in as chuuya eyes slightly widened.

"What do you mean?", "exactly what i mean chuu" chuuya was getting annoyed at dazai being so damn irritating "don't fuck with me dazai, and explain what brought us here then OSAMU"

Dazai decided he should just stop his nonesense right their and just say it "well i found out that it was actually an ability that brought us here", "i don't know what the fuck that means so explain PROPERLY", "fine" dazai whined "since your chibi brain cannot process the simply sentence i just said" chuuya had to resist the urge to roll his eyes and punch dazai right then and their and stared at dazai urging him to get this over with before he leaves with a black eye "ok so this abilityy is kinda like yokai powers, simply enough right? And it hit our selfs from this universe and caused us an alternate version of them to appear here i'm stopping right their Cause i really don't want to explain any more"

"So what your telling me is that something called an abilty brought us here and its similar to yokai powers and it brought us the alternate versions of then here", "exactly" chuuya looked bewildered "this is just batshit crazy" chuuya sighed and ran a hand through his hair "i wish i was home right now and not in a world i barely know a shit about" dazai looked at chuuya "your acting like your the only one who wants to go home and its not that bad"

Dazai then abruptly stood up and went infront of chuuya making hand gestures "look we could explore a whole new world we know nothing about" dazai then leans in "doesn't that excite you in any ways chibi?", after dazai said that chhuya immediately hits him with a "no"

Dazai whined and gave up, too tired to try harder to persuad chuuya and let himself fall back on the floor right next to chuuya "so the idea of meeting ourselves in this universe doesn't spark your interest not even a little bit?"

Chuuya after hearing dazai say that contemplated it before saying "maybe a little bit" and dazai head snapped up off the floor to look at a sitting chuuya next to him and started grinning "i'll take that as a yes!"

Chuuya didn't bothering trying to correct him

"Chuuya lets go-" chuuya then cut him off

"Tommorow... we'll go tommorow"

"Bu- bit chibiii"

"I'm tired" chuuya said firmly "and your tired" dazai then whined "but i'm not tired chibiii!", "you're tired end of story" chuuya then placed his cup down "get your ass up were going to bed" chuuya then got up and held dazai by his collar while dazai pouted and let chuuya drag him off to the bedroom

Chuuya took a bath and got dressed and after forced dazai to take one too then after he helped bandaged up dazai and snuggled into bed but he didn't fall asleep easily like usual and dazai closed his eyes and smiled before saying "goodnight chibikko" and it was dazai this time showing that he was really tired than expected and chuuya stared at dazai amd scoffed fondly before pulling him against him and thinking dazai looks at peace and less annoying in his sleep then he burry his face in his neck and hugging dazai.

Staring back up at dazai he thinks this is a rare moment for dazai to fall asleep so easily in unknown territory and he gets more chances to see dazai face up close and study every single detail before smiling to himself and kissing dazai gently on the lips before falling asleep himself but not before making sure to pull dazai impossibly closer leaving no space inbetween them and saying "goodnight to you too makeral" and finally closing his eyes
