AVERY was a typical pretty girl, lots of boys liked her, lots of girls were jealous of her. She had many friends but only very few who she truly trusted to be herself around and her boyfriend was the kook king. She was born into the more pleasant side of life, her father being the CEO of a major hotel chain and her mother being a well-payed therapist. She had the very best of both worlds, her best friends being Kiara Carrera, Sarah Cameron and for some reason that no one could figure out, JJ Maybank. But nonetheless, Avery was a lucky girl, she had great friends, a great boyfriend and she was living the life.
Avery's life seemed perfect, she was pretty, popular, had an amazing family and riches to die for. She had everything.
Was Avery's life as perfect as it truly seemed or was it not?

RAFE was a very typical popular guy, good looks, athletic, popular amongst the girls, maybe too much so sometimes. No one really knew if his girlfriend was cool with that but she never complained to anyone, well no one had ever knew if she'd complained.
Alike Avery, Rafe was born into a more sweet side of life, one that many people aren't born into. His father owned a successful real estate agency, and his step-mother Rose, well, as far as Rafe knew, she didn't work. As for his real mom, he missed her very much but rarely showed it or spoke of her, she'd died when he was still a little boy.

JJ was never exactly typical in anything. He always found himself just below average in almost everything. Sure he was charming, good looking and funny but he never had any reason to be proud of himself.
Unlike Avery and Rafe, he wasn't born into riches and wealth and everything he had, which wasn't much, he had to bust his ass for it. His dad was a stay at home junkie who scammed every last penny he had from the state on false claims of disability checks and as for his mom, he never ever really know her. She left when JJ was just a little kid. And because of that, JJ always though everyone would leave and that stuck with him.
