Ross, Rob, Zubin, Joe, and Andrew were all in their tour van after getting really drunk at the bar. Ross was driving, but because he's so short (hes the only sober one) he didn't see the tourists walking on the sidewalk in-front of him.

ROB: I think he just hit a skunk or a deer or something shit like that
ROS: it's worse. It's terrible.
ZUB: Oh my god you hit a puppy?! How could you ross you short ahh drummer *zubin starts hysterically crying*
ROS: I just killed like 5 people. Right now. With our van.

The 4 drunk hooligans and the sober man child were arrested for reckless driving, murder, and being short.
