Grants the user the ability to turn into a phoenix and phoenix hybrid at will. It is essentially the sibling fruit to the Tori-Tori no Mi Model: Phoenix utilized by Marco.
The difference between Marco's fruit and this fruit is that it grants the user Winter versions of those used by Marco, along with other powers that may cause some to think it as superior.
-Transformations:
-Full Phoenix Form: Transforms the user into a full Phoenix form as shown below, a majestic bird engulfed in icy flames. Unlike traditional flames, the user's fire has a freezing quality, able to burn with cold rather than heat. This allows them to deal devastating ice-based attacks, such as shooting shards of ice or creating blizzards.

-Hybrid Form: Turns the person into a human-Phoenix hybrid
-Powers:
-Winter Manipulation: In either human, phoenix or hybrid form, the user can command the cold weather. They can summon powerful snowstorms, blizzards, or extreme cold winds, using these to freeze enemies or slow down movements. The user can also freeze the moisture in the air to create ice structures, barriers, or projectiles. However this is most effective in phoenix form.
-Healing Flames: Also known as the Icy Flames of Resurrection and Flames of Regeneration, the user can regenerate from almost any injury. However, their flames heal with an icy touch - healing wounds and scars by freezing the area, numbing pain, and effectively "freezing" the damage away. This is more effective on the user than others, but it is still powerful to use on others.
-Flight and Immortality: As a Phoenix, the user can fly at incredible speeds, traveling across snowy landscapes or frozen seas with ease. If defeated or fatally injured, they can be reborn from the ice or snow, emerging in full strength, just like the mythical Phoenix. The immortality only applies to the user themselves, so it can't resurrect others.
-Frostbite Attacks: The user can create icy projectiles from their wings, tail, or beak. They can also manipulate ice into sharp blades, creating traps or weapons out of frozen mist or air. Any direct contact with the user while in their Phoenix form can cause freezing to the touch, slowly debilitating enemies. Weaker enemies are affected faster than stronger enemies.
Weaknesses:
-Heat: Extreme heat or fire-based attacks can melt the user's ice or overwhelm their freezing abilities. However training can allow the user to resist it somewhat.
-Ice Overuse: Prolonged use of the Winter power can cause the user to freeze themselves if they are not careful, slowing down their regenerative abilities and flames.
-Seastone: The user is granted the traditional weakness of Seastone of having their stamina drained and powers nullified.
-Weakness of Water: The user is granted the weakness to water that all other devil fruits (bar my own Devil Fruit idea/creation Uo Uo no Mi Model: Megalodon) give to their users.
