One Night Stand(Wenclair)

Chapter 1: How it starts

Enid's POV

I finish getting ready to see Ajax. Normally, I would be excited but I just can't bring myself to be happy. Don't get me wrong, Ajax is great. Like yeah we get into arguments but what couple doesn't? Besides, being with him gets my mom off my back about finding a "good strong mate". She accepts him and it's easier that way.

I take one last look in the mirror at my outfit. I went with a baby pink crop top and a white jean jacket. I'm also wearing a darker pink skirt with white sneakers with black laces on them. I love these shoes a lot. The black laces are to remind me of Wednesday. I would consider her to be my best friend. She's actually a really sweet person. Or at least towards me.

I walk out of the bathroom and I'm met with Wednesday changing her shirt.

"Oh my god" I say covering my eyes

I hear her shuffling to get her shirt on.

"Apologies Enid. I was not anticipating you to be done so soon." Wednesday says

I remove my hands covering my eyes and I look over at her. She's wearing a black polo shirt and black dress pants with her Doc Martens. She looks really good.

"Where are you going all dressed up?" I ask curiously

"Dinner with my parents" She says.

I feel her eyes going through me and it's making me a little nervous. I mean come on, her eyes are dangerous.

"You look adequate yourself." Wednesday says as she takes a step towards me.

"Oh yeah uh I'm going to see Ajax for a bit. I'll be back about the same time you do" I say.

Wednesday's face shows her annoyance for a moment before she returned to her usual demeanor. She lets out a sigh and walks past me to the door. Before she opens the door she looks back at me. We meet each other's gaze.

"If he hurts you, I'll hang him from the balcony." She states before swiftly opening the door and shutting it behind her.

For a woman of very few words, she does know how to use her words to make someone feel safe. Or scared. Depending on who you are.

I check my phone to see that I'm running late to meet up with Ajax in his dorm. Shit.

I swing the door open and I pull it shut behind me as I run across the school to his dorm. Thankfully with my werewolf speed, I get to his dorm in no time. I check the time again and I'm only 5 five minutes late. Not too bad.

I knock on his door and he quickly opens it. I throw myself into his arms and he returns the hug.

"Miss me?" Ajax questions as he pulls me into his dorm closing the door behind me.

I chuckle at his statement.

Ajax plops down on his bed, inviting me to get next to me. I take my shoes off and I place my head on his chest and wrap my arm around his torso. Even though he isn't the most athletic person, he has a good figure.

"I'm sorry for being late Jax." I say softly as I trace my finger around his torso.

"Yeah why were you late if you don't mind me asking." He says

"I was just talking to Wednesday. She was super dressed up and I got curious." I say smiling as the image of Wednesday being dressed up flashes in my mind.

"Did she have a fancy date or something?" He ask

I prop myself up with my elbow to look up at him.

"Wednesday. A date? Be serious now." I say laughing
