As Renjun waited for jungwoo's response, his gaze lingered on jungwoo's face, his eyes softened. "Uh, lunch?" Jungwoo repeated, trying to sound casual despite his growing curiosity.

"Sure, why not," jungwoo accepted.

Renjun's face lit up with a bright smile as jungwoo had agreed to have lunch with him. It was a step forward and he was more than happy. "Great, I'll meet you in the cafeteria after your next class," the younger said, his eyes sparkling with excitement.

Jungwoo nodded, feeling a slight flutter in his chest at renjun's enthusiastic response. "Sounds good, I'll see you then."

As they exchanged their goodbyes, renjun's gaze lingered on jungwoo's face for a moment, jungwoo felt a shiver run down his spine at the intensity of renjun's gaze.

Odd.

"See you later, hyung," Renjun called out, waving goodbye before he made his way out of the library.

Jungwoo watched the shorter male go, he could help but feel skeptical, he couldn't help but wonder why Renjun has suddenly invited him to have lunch with him.

He always sat alone at lunch, he thought, and not once had Renjun approached him to have lunch together, maybe he was being friendly, they have had a lot of tutoring sessions for the past few years, maybe it was time to establish a sort of friendship.

The bell rang for jungwoo's next class, he grabbed his things deciding not to ponder on it further, since he already had a lot on his mind, he shrugged it off and headed to class. A class he was grateful he didn't have with jaehyun.

Jaehyun's gaze followed jungwoo as he entered the cafeteria, his eyes boring hole into the male as he watched the brunette's confident stride. Jungwoo's eye scanned the room before locking onto renjun's waving arm, signaling him to come over.

Jaehyun's eyes rolled in disgust and anger as he watched renjun and jungwoo exchange bright smiles.

Why was he so pissed tho?

He thought it was all behind him now, he thought he didn't care because jungwoo meant nothing to him and anyone in that said position would have helped, but it was a lie, jaehyun was pissed, a bit childish...but he wanted jungwoo to appreciate his efforts for saving him that day.

"You're going to murder him, if you keep staring at him like that," Mark who had been observing the way jaehyun was looking at the brunette said.

"Yeah, I thought you told I and mark that you really don't care. What's the issue now?"Donghyuck who had his head leaning on his boyfriend's shoulder pitched.

Jaehyun didn't know what the issue was, but it had been weeks since the party incident, they had met each other already, why wasn't Jungwoo apologizing, no apology, no thank you, nothing. He couldn't believe jungwoo was acting like nothing happened.

Jaehyun's gaze snapped back to mark and Donghyuck, his expression softening slightly. "I don't know, man. I just feel like he owes me an apology or something," Jaehyun admitted, his voice barely coming out as a whisper.

"But, you said you didn't care," the youngest said, fueling jaehyun's anger a bit, but jaehyun just ignored him and turned his attention towards the phone he had in his hand.
