☁️THREE YEARS AGO☁️

On the day the young boys aunt threw the poor lad out of the house. He came across a cafe on the street of Seoul. He decided to go in and stay there a little bit, as the male was clueless of what to do in this situation, he had nowhere to go, and worst of all he wasn't even an adult yet. He had money, but certainly not enough to afford a full accommodation, or even any accommodation without the help of an adult.

Jungwoo with the little belongings he had, went into the cafe and took a table nearest to the window...so he could feel the cool breeze he so desperately yearned for. "Hi what can I get you?", a tall pretty looking lady said with a look of concern plastered across her face. Wondering as to why a teenage boy with a suitcase was in a cafe alone. "Ummm... just water, I'm waiting for my guardian", the male who had noticed the young ladies questioning look, had to look for a way to put her to ease without raising any suspicion. Jungwoo was indeed a smart kid—no doubt about that.

"Oh okay, I'll get that for you in a minute", the young lady said, smiling to the brunette before walking away and making her way over towards the counter. The young lady suddenly, with a big smile plastered across her face waved to the two good looking boys who had just arrived at the cafe. The two boys made their way over to the counter to share more pleasantries with the employee who beamed of joy at the boys presence.

"Hey guys, what brings you here?", the employee asked."Oh nothing really, we just finished checking out the apartment we are going to move into next semester, cause you know we can't keep coming all the way from home to college, the distance isn't quite forgiving, it's pretty fucking stressful" the male with short dark hair explained , "and you know I've always wanted to move in with my wonderful boyfriend here", the taller male said in a whisper, earning a light tap on the shoulder from the blonde male next to him, and a chuckle from the employee.

"Oh, then hope there is no problem?", the lady asked. "Well just a tad bit problem, the rent is a little bit on the high side. Just I and doyoung paying it seems to be a little too much. So we need like a third roommate to help lessen the expenses", the taller male explained.

Jungwoo did not mean to earsdrop on their conversation, but as a smart kid , those last few sentences had seem to catch the brunette's attention. He may have found a loop hole out of his trashy situation—or maybe not, the male thought to himself, cause he did not know how to approach the two boys . And worst of all, who would want to live with a sixteen year old kid they found in a cafe, who carried a suitcase and looked quite homeless. And who was to say these men weren't even criminals, killers, murderers or even worse, what if they were rapist.

The young male was quick to shrugg off the thought. He had a good feeling about the boys, and he knew this was his only shot—the only lope hole he could find. He knew he had not much options here, and he could not stay in this cafe forever, it was the smartest move the young lad could make in his desperate state.

Jungwoo finally saw the opportunity he needed to approach the two boys. For a sixteen years old, he sure knew his capabilities and ways with words. The way he spoke one may think he was an adult trapped in a teenagers body. So the young male took a bold step...luckily for him the two male had now taken the table right behind him. Panning slowly towards the two male who were conversing amongst themselves now—waiting for their orders. Jungwoo started speaking.

"Hi, my name is jungwoo...jungwoo Kim",the brunette muttered in a rather professional like tone, trying to keep his voice as stern as possible. Which immediately gaining the attention of the two boys sitting at both sides of the cafe table.

"Hi... how may we help you?", the male named doyoung as jungwoo could recall from the conversation earlier on said. "Umm could I have a really quick chat with you", the two boys looking as confused and concerned as ever, as to why a young boy who looked rather homeless and who shouldn't be out like this with a suitcase, wanted to speak with them—jungwoo's earlier worries. It seemed rather weird, and coming up with a crazy analogy doyoung suddenly blurted, "D-Do you want to sell d-drugs to us?!", the blonde male said, hands admist his mouth as he gasped in utter fear and shock.

"N-noooo no, please god no. I don't want to sell drugs to you", jungwoo panicked loosing his professionalism instantly. He did not know why they would have thought he wanted to sell drugs to them, but he knew it wasn't entirely impossibly. there were kids his age going around town offering drugs to teenage kids and college students for a living—so I guess it made sense why the male would react that way.

"Oh thank God", the second oldest sighed in relief. "So what can we help you with?", the male who had not spoken since the beginning of this insanely confusing interaction, still looking intensely puzzled asked. "I couldn't help but overhear your conversation, I promise I wasn't earsdropping purposely", the young male seeing as the two now had a less confused and rather offended look on both their faces. Jungwoo took a deep breath before continuing to speak.

"I know this may sound crazy and alarming, but I promise I have a really good reason and an explanation. But would you mind sharing an apartment with a sixteen year old highschool kid?", he let out a rather heavy breath and a short pause before once again continuing, "just until I am done with highschool or I become an adult, I promise I'll be out of your hair. Please it's really urgent your my last hope, I wouldn't know what to do from here. I have little money that I think I could chip in for the rent, and then I promise to work and cover up the monthly rent", the young male begged intensively, ignoring the solemn stares of other customers around him.

The two boys looked at each other confused, before slowly looking back at the young male...that now had his head bowed and arms intertwined in a pleading gesture. They did not know what to say. Firstly...why was a minor in a cafe begging for accommodation?. Secondly...where are his family members?. And thirdly... assuming he did not have a family, why wasn't he under child services care or in an orphanage or something?. The two boys had a lot of questions and they indeed needed answers before they did anything about this current situation they found themselves in.
