[ Part 1 ]

It has been a while since Roge stepped foot into that hospital.

It's not like he wanted to, but was obligated to. Roge's parents wanted him to intern in a hospital to look good on his resume and also for future purposes.

Frequently, Roge found himself at odds with his parents, dissatisfied with the advice they offered. Nevertheless, they would persist in encouraging him to complete the task that had been assigned to him, and eventually, he would oblige, one way or another.

As he wandered about, Roge made little effort to discover where he could sign up for the various activities available. He simply didn’t care, nor did he foresee any change in that attitude in the near future. He felt discontent with his current situation and the actions he was taking, realizing he was squandering time by seeking something he had no interest in whatsoever.

A small assistant nurse pointed him down the hall toward another desk that could provide more information on the matter. He thanked her curtly and continued on his way, passing several rooms along the corridor.

He sat down on the chair as he pulled his hair back, zoning out before standing up to go through the hallway.

He tries to avoid bumping into someone, a doctor, no, just another person.

He apologizes before walking away, an "It's ok" could be heard from behind.

What was he doing here?

Does he even want this?,

No, he doesn't.

Thoughts were swirling in his mind, but it was then disrupted as he collided with a person, again.

But this time he fell on the floor, now being aware of the new individual who invaded his space.

"Sorry-"

Roge says as he looks up to the person he bumped into, a patient.

From his peripheral he could clearly see the patient reaching out a hand to him.

"Oh- you can move."

He smiles at Roge's direction, brown eyes looking into his own. It seemed like the same guy whom he bumped into earlier, did he keep roaming in the hallways? Eitherway, it doesn't matter.

"Is there something wrong with me standing here?" Roge asked sincerely.

"Oh, no, nothing." He drops his hand to his side "Are you okay? Why did you suddenly stop?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just . . Thinking about something ." Roge replies

"Of what?"

. . .

"Of this hospital. I feel, no, I don't want to come here anymore."

The patient, who Roge is talking to, shifts his weight to one leg.
