I think I'm cooked

I noticed the other day that my hands started shaking when i kept them still and didn't do anything.  I told my best friend and she told me that it was a trauma response. And i don't even know how i would've gotten traumatized. And she wasn't sure either bc we only go to tkd together but we tight.
