Did you know humans own abilities that have yet to be discovered? The ability to shift their consciences to different realities while sleeping. Creating lives and developing relationships within these realities. You may think, "Isn't that just like dreaming?" Well, that's where our story begins, with a girl who one day discovers her ability to shift between realities. Her name, Sienna Avalon.

Sienna is what some may call a "strange" or "unusual" girl. She was short, with jet black, soot-like, shaggy hair, eyes that seemed to be the same shade of blue as the sky and a very shy demeanour. She spent all her time with her best friend, Hari Riley. They had met in school when she accidently spilled water on his table during lunch. Since that day they were inseparable. If you saw one the other wasn't far behind. Due to this closeness, Sienna developed unexplainable but strong feelings for Hari, however, she kept them hidden for fear that she may lose him. Sienna enjoyed the time she spent with Hari, walking through the local forest, studying together or even just spending time with each others families. Sienna also had a set of siblings, Robyn and Luca. The youngest Robyn, a young and quit-witted girl, spent her time terrorizing fellow class mates and forever getting herself into trouble. Sienna's father, Austin, often remarked how he wished Robyn was more like her. This made Sienna giggle to herself and Robyn often shot her father a glare, sticking her tongue out. Luca, Sienna's older brother owned the local garage and was the only member of the family that the village willingly engaged with. Though it may have only been because he owned the only garage within the village. He was very protective of Sienna and Robyn, assisting his father whenever he could. The village people thought the Avalon family to be very peculiar and rather mysterious, this all began when Kristiel Sienna's mother, a highly respected doctor within the village, went missing, no-one knew what had happened but they all suspected Austin to be the reason for her disappearance.

Ashamed of how the villagers viewed him, Austin moved the family moved into a cottage which sat just ever so slightly into the adjacent forest. It was in a beautiful and stunning opening within the trees. An array of different plants, shrubbery and flowers lined the forest floor, each tree fought to reach the sky, climbing higher and higher to get the most sun, the fullness of the leaves created a cover for the cottage. When the sun hit the highest point, however, the entire cottage lit up, the sun beams shining just right almost made the cottage look ethereal and warm. A stream flowing slowly past the cottage hitting each stone, rock and pebble calmly causing slight ripples withing its reaches, stones lay almost methodically leading to the cottage door. Sienna enjoyed adventuring the surrounding woods, collecting different plants and flowers and feeding the surrounding wildlife. Robyn often accompanied Sienna on these trips, but only to enjoy the sweet berries that grew in the area.

No matter how beautiful and charming the forest was, Sienna dreamt of more, the ability to live her life free of the shame of her family. The mystery surrounding her mothers disappearance no matter how long ago it was for Sienna, was always mulling and pondering in her mind. What had happened? Why her mother?  She occasionally asked her father but was only ever met with silence.  Sienna always liked fantasy stories. She read to distract herself when not foraging and dreamt of a world where she could Glacia. Whose Glacia you ask, well, Glacia is the character Sienna created when she was a child. Glacia was the version of Sienna that she wanted to be. Sienna would often write Glacia into her stories. As well as reading, Sienna also enjoyed writing, creating worlds better than her own her characters going on daring adventures using their magical abilities and combat skills to fight foes and defend allies. Sienna did have a fondness for one of her characters in particular, her name was Thalia Rose. Thalia was a fairy blacksmith with the magical ability to create battle worthy swords, armour and artillery from any material. Each sword would be unique to its wielder. Sienna dreamt of a world with Thalia, though she knew it was impossible. Sienna would soon come to realize this may not be as impossible as she thinks.
