Timeline: The Wen Sect of Qishan had attacked the Jiang Clan of Yunmeng in Lotus Pier.

Madam Yu hugged both of her children as they both cried, she kissed their foreheads as she spoke, "A-li, A-cheng.. You both must protect each other and also A-ying, tell your father I will protect our rights and clan."

"A-niang!" Jiang Yanli yelled, as Jiang Cheng also yelled "A-niang, please!" Both of them cried, "I love you three.." Madam Yu said to them as a final goodbye and gave zidian to Jiang Cheng which resulted them to be shocked.

The zidian had activated and formed a rope to tie both of them, "Zidian will release you once you are far away from here, A-cheng, protect your siblings" Jiang Cheng nodded but shocked both of them when Madam Yu kicked their boat and unsheathed a sword that she has been carrying..

"A-niang!!!" Both of them yelled out sobbingly as Madam Yu smiled at them and turned around...

After some time, the siblings had spotted their Jie-Jie and A-die which they expectedly keep yelling, "Jie-Jie!!!" "A-die!", A lot of yelling were heard as Jiang Ying and Jiang Fengmian was shocked to see both of them in a boat tied by zidian, His wife's weapon.

Jiang Fengmian hurriedly ordered the disciple to paddle faster at their direction, "Go to their direction!" The disciple nodded and hurriedly paddled to Jiang Yanli and Jiang Cheng.

When they reached their boat Jiang Fengmian asking-ly yelled, "A-li, A-Cheng! What happened!?" It was the first time Jiang Fengmian yelled which indeed made them shock but no time for that now, "A-die, A-niang is fighting the Wen Clan! They had ambushed us! We need to go back!" Jiang Cheng yelled out

Jiang Fengmian was frozen, his wife is all alone there fighting for their Clan while he was out for a Sect Meeting.. He shouldn't have attended, "A-die! we need to get A-niang!" Jiang Fengmian simply returned to his senses when he heard Jiang Ying yelled.

He all looked at them, "Yes.." He said.

He grabbed the zidian which acknowledged him as the master which made him smiled, "A-ying, come here" He said as Jiang Ying nodded and went to the boat that the three were on.

Surprised.. Jiang Fengmian pushed Jiang Ying to the three of them as Jiang Fengmian made zidian tied them all up together.

"A-die!!" They all yelled

Jiang Fengmian smiled and said, "You must stay all together while I.. I protect our Clan and my wife.." He smiled and left them as he hopped into the other boat, "A-die wait!!" Jiang Yanli pleaded, "A-cheng.. Protect your sisters and yourself." He said one last time and left the three inside the boat.

Jiang Cheng was stunned and cried, "A-die, we can all defeat the Wen Clan if we go also!" He yelled but Jiang Fengmian had already left.

... Time passes ...

The zidian was released indeed once they stepped foot in a more safe path, Jiang Yanli was crying while Jiang Ying was also crying and was stressing over, she blamed herself if only her and Jiang Fengmian did not visit Gusu.. She is sure they won't be ambushed.

Jiang Cheng was paddling the boat as he also sobbed out, 'I must protect.. them..' He thought as he also blamed himself for not noticing sooner that the Wen Clan of Qishan had invaded their OWN CLAN.
