"Can you please go with me?" Noemi asked for me the one hundredth time. I sighed. "Does that mean yes?" I sighed again.
"Stop asking me." I whispered back to her. Why did she choose to nag me in the middle of class.
Noemi laid her head on her desk in exasperation. "You won't answer me Aki." I sighed for the third time. "And why do you keep on sighing?"
"Because you're annoying me with your questions." Her eyebrow twitched and she huffed as she sat up.
"Will you go with me?" She asked again.
"If I say 'yes' will you stop?" I asked her. She nodded eagerly. "Fine then, I'll go with you."
I was awoken by a knock on the door. "Come in." I muttered, rubbing my eyes. I usually don't take naps, but I felt tired for some reason today.
"What are you doing sleeping Aki? The plane leaves in two hours." Two hours? I jumped out of bed and hurriedly threw stuff inside my backpack.
"Why didn't you tell me earlier?" I muttered.
Noemi smirked. "I did, but you decided to take a nap. Which is understandable, the last day of school is exhausting. And we are in the university and all." She sat herself on the bed and watched me pack.
"Where exactly are we going?" I asked her. I knew Noemi since elementary school. And if it was a bad idea to go to the store with her, then imagine going to a different country with her.
"Tokyo silly!" She chuckled. I was surprised that she just watched me silently pack. Noemi couldn't stand silence.
"Alright, let's go." I announced when I finished. She nodded and we both walked off to the airport. Next stop: Tokyo.
