Project Nightingale

Prologue

June 11th 1996 11:45:19 AM

 A corridor withered wallpaper and and stone  the two people in the hallway both blonde but one wore formal clothes while the other wore the clothes of a mad scientist. One man who had blue eyes and a loosened tie.
The other had the same attire but was fitted to along with sunglasses fitted onto him.

"I would say that was a rather successful experiment wouldn't you say Albert ?" The rugged scientist asked as the man next to him nodded.

"I would say it was William. But there's always room for improvement." The man now known as Albert said.

"Of course there is but what beats perfection."

"Superiority." Albert said as he approached an elevator.

"Oh and Albert how is that.....project of yours going." William said in a tone of treading on thin ice.

"Well I shall be seeing the results at this moment. Would you like to see." Albert said stepping aside giving space in an elevator.

"I would very much like to." William said as he walked into the elevator standing beside Albert as the elevators closed going down to the designated location.

"How long has this been going for?" William asked.

"I would say.....about sixteen months to do so due to some.... Minor setbacks....I won't go into detail but lets say I'm putting a lot of trust in you not to talk." Albert said in a stern tone as William looked at him confused.

"This isn't...exactly on Umbrella's files but they will know that they made a marvelous donation." Albert said as they elevator came to a halt opening to a pristine white room seeing five people working and walking about and four people armed with guns and dead center in the room a metal cylinder about four meters in diameter.

"Dr. Wesker! You've arrived earlier then expected." A man said as Albert approached him.

"How's the progress on him." Albert said as he took the clipboard from him.

"Him?" William said

"Well we just finished the concoction and injected the nanite in him." one of the scientist said as he was walking around the cylinder

"How's the body handling it"

"Body?!"

"Well...he's handling it very well now the nanite and the prototype Virus bonded but the nanites...it's better if you see the footage." The scientist said as they approached before Albert turned around

"Birkin come over I want your opinion as well." Albert yelled out to the stun locked man at the entrance as they approached a monitor huddling over it.

"This was from five hours ago." He said as he moved away as Wesker and Birkin looked at the monitor.

"How was it recorded." Birkin questioned as the scientist nodded his head to the camera just above the elevator before  man coming into the room.

"Don't show him!" he yelled as two guards restrained him as Wesker and Birkin looked at each other before looking back at the monitor.

Several people were walking around as two people were approaching the cylinder.

"Are they ready."

"Yes sir we've been observing them there ready more then ever."

"Ok, Everyone stand away from the tank!" The scientist ordered as the two carrying the two separate vials on both opposite sides.
