It took some time, but you eventually reached the destination. You still had no idea where you were, yet you soon started hearing Chuuya talk to someone, and honestly, you weren't the bit interested in the conversation. However, amidst your zoning out, it didn't take long for the conversation to become heated, and what you had hoped for soon arrived. "Oi get out will you!?" Chuuya yells, lifting his hat and allowing you to fly close to the ceiling to get a clear view of the situation.
Unfortunately for you, the so-called opponents weren't even worth helping Chuuya. It sure did make for a fascinating show to watch. You kept a close eye on his movements to better grasp his fighting style since you needed to improve your chances against Chuuya if you ever wanted to win one of these fights against him. Although, he had yet to use his ability since the enemy's strength was subpar. From the looks of it, not one of them was an ability user, making you think you should have provoked Chuuya some more to get a fight out of him rather than obediently coming here. Seeing an opportunity to raise hell, you decide to use one of the faces you've remembered and shift into an ability user, startling the men at your sudden appearance. You place a hand on the wall just to your left, and as soon as you do, fiery red camellias start to appear and quickly spread towards the men who are too busy dealing with Chuuya's relentless attacks. As soon as Chuuya notices, he looks at you angrily, yet you can almost see a slight panic on his face. "Get out now! There's explosives somewhere in the building!" he yells, racing towards the door, and you quickly follow. As soon as you both exit the building, the flaming flowers you sent off in random directions soon find their way to the explosives, resulting in a large-scale explosion, ending in who knows how many deaths inside. Chuuya grabs the scruff of your dress, clearly furious with your sudden intervention. "What the fuck do you think you're doing!? We can't get any information out of any of them, now that everyone is dead!" he shouts, his complaints going in one ear and out the other since you didn't care aside from having fun.
"You wouldn't know since a bird's hearing is better than a human's, but they were only stalling until reinforcements arrived; there's a large group heading his way just south of here," you answer, pointing to your right. Chuuya clicks his tongue before freeing you and storming towards the direction you pointed towards. While you relish fighting too much and cause chaos wherever you go, you still have your head on straight. You knew there had to be survivors to get information and uproot the pesky group causing the Port Mafia issues recently.
After all, loose ends would always eventually cause problems later on.
You ended up accidentally pissing off Chuuya once more by saying the wrong thing, and before you knew it, the both of you were surrounded by the group's reinforcements, all of which were armed to the teeth with guns. "Well Chuuya, it's your time to shine," you comment, your back against his. Instead of receiving an answer from him, you only hear him chuckle to himself and feel his ability activate on you included.
"You want a show, then who am I to refuse?" Chuuya smirks, unbothered by the situation. Although, even you can't help but flinch a little when a barricade of bullets comes flying at you and Chuuya. Yet you feel nothing; a second passes, and another, and soon you notice the bullets are already floating in Chuuya's hand as he confidently looks down at the group surrounding you both. Moments later, you see the bullets slowly turn around to face the men, and soon enough, all of the bullets soar even faster than they did initially, leaving only one man alive who barely ducked in time.
It was your first time witnessing Chuuya use his ability against someone else, and was it a sight to behold, a true spectacle.
"You really don't disappoint, Chuuya," you cheer happily at the show you had front-row seats for; your praise didn't fall on deaf ears as Chuuya seems partially satisfied with your response. For once, you were glad to have been surrounded by enemies since you might not experienced such a show otherwise.
Although, you couldn't help but feel somewhat disappointed that it ended so quickly. "It's a shame I can't use your ability," you mumble, not expecting Chuuya to hear your whining.
However, he does hear, and it only annoys him. "You had no issues using Ane-san's ability to provoke her," he grumbles as he knocks out the only survivor and grabs the back of the man's shirt to drag him along. You had to think for a moment as you wondered who he meant, but you soon realised it had to be the woman named Kouyou, whose name you later found out.
"I need to know the name of a person's ability to be able to use it, otherwise it's just their appearance I'm borrowing," you respond, walking beside him unbothered about the carnage you were leaving behind. But the conversation got you thinking; having an ability that overwhelming would only make fighting all the more dull than it already was. It was the main reason you decided to use one ability per battle. You wanted that struggle, the feeling that there was actually a possibility of losing against an opponent just like you lost against Chuuya. "Although, the struggle to beat you in a fight is what makes it exciting, so I would avoid using it regardless," you add, resulting in Chuuya giving you a doubtful look, almost screaming that he didn't believe you. It didn't matter that he didn't trust you or even saw you as a loose cannon; that wasn't what you wanted from him; all you desired was a good fight.
"You're a real nutcase,"
