After joining the Port Mafia, you were given your very own living quarters within one of the sub-buildings of the Port Mafia. The room itself was rather plain, and you could hear mafioso guarding your door; you didn't find anything to gripe about; after all, the only thing you desired was to fight powerful opponents such as Chuuya. However, even you had to admit it was nice to shower without worrying about intruders since you usually broke into inhabited places, some of which had no heating or, on occasion, no running water.
A week passed, and you were left to your own devices, and you took it upon yourself to merely stay put since you had no reason to leave. At first, it was peaceful, but your usual boredom started returning, and you soon became restless and itching for a fight. So naturally, you sought out Chuuya somewhere in the main building, knowing that due to his position, he had to have his own office of sorts.
Typically, sneaking around wasn't something you relished since charging head first looking for a fight was far more preferable in your mind. However, you wanted to minimise the trouble you would get yourself into this time. Now that you're a part of the Port Mafia, you know there was only so much they would tolerate before they would ultimately kill you. So, shifting into a bird to escape through the window was the safer option for now, and eventually switching into an ordinary mafioso to enter the main building. However, as soon as you try to enter the main building, you notice Chuuya walking down the steps, heading somewhere in a rush. Having an idea you decide to follow. Yet you failed to factor in his instinct to feel a person's gaze on him, giving you away not long after you began your pursuit.
"What the hell are you up to now, Fucking Nutcase?" Chuuya asks, turning around to storm directly towards you, clearly pissed off. Deciding there was no point in hiding, you happily come out of your lousy hiding spot and grin mischievously at him. Your expression only irritates him further as he becomes more wary about what you would do next, resulting in him grabbing the scruff of your shirt and forcing you to his eye level. After realising that intimidation wasn't working on you, Chuuya soon released his grip on you, seeing no point in getting physical with you as it would only give you what you wanted.
"The boss seemed pretty interested in my fancy ability, but having been left to my own devices for a week; the boredom was too much, you see," you complain, shrugging your shoulders, disappointed that Chuuya backed down from a fight. "But there's a fight to be had isn't there, use me as you see fit, I want in," you voiced, hoping he would agree. If the answer's no, you would only provoke him enough to fight you, so either way, you would get what you want.
He scoffs at first, refusing to even respond to your request, but then you can almost see an idea pop into his mind; after looking away for a second, he looks at you, and his frown softens somewhat. "Fine," he finally answers, causing you to smile at his answer. "What's the smallest thing you can transform into?" he suddenly asks, making you curious about what he had in mind.
"I don't have much experience in shifting into animals but I can do birds," you answer, deciding not to reveal how exactly you got out in the first place.
Once you find out about his plan, you can't help but feel sceptical about how it would involve you fighting, yet you ultimately decide to follow his lead. According to his plan, you decided to shift into a Japanese White-Eye, a tiny olive green bird, and hide underneath his hat. While the whole experience was uncomfortable, you were at least glad how fluffy Chuuya's hair felt as a bird, so much so that you made it your mission to tussle his hair to aggravate him later on. Frankly, when you heard his plan for you to hide somewhere on his person, you half expected him to try and kill you while you were in such a small form. While he was short-tempered, and it was easy to infuriate him using cheap provocation, Chuuya could be pretty reasonable, given you didn't purposely push his buttons.
